Made a mobile deposit on Friday, September 8th. The check cleared on Saturday, September 9th. Monday, September 11th, I woke up to a negative balance for the exact amount my mobile deposit was for. Called my nearest branch to investigate, and no one could give me a straight answer. Called corporate and found that my PAYCHECK was labeled "fraudulent." How this occurred is beyond my understanding, especially when you can clearly see the employers routing number at the bottom of the check??Asked to get in touch with the fraud team that operates out of Farrell, PA. According to agent Cody at the corporate office, you can't call the fraud team directly. I was told they can only be reached via email...ridiculous.The following week, after getting no call-back from corporate or the fraud team, I reached out to another branch to see if I'd get a different response. Teller Nicole picks up and does her due diligence to correct my account. She was very polite, professional, and understanding of my situation. She reached out to HR at my place of employment and worked with them to unfreeze my account. She's the whole reason you're getting 2/5 stars.Unfortunately, at that point, it was too little too late. Although Nicole was amazing and helped me through my tribulation, they offered me no additional compensation for the MAJOR INCONVENIENCE they had caused me. They canceled my debit card without my acknowledgment too. So my child had to go without, while my account sat in limbo for 5-7 days before being corrected by Nicole. All I asked for was an additional $200 to barely cover a weeks worth of groceries for my child, to no avail. As a result, I'll be switching banks come the end of the week. Make sure your branches and offices are uniform. I shouldn't be told one thing by one branch, lied to by corporate (cause obviously someone was able to CALL your fraud team), and told something completely different from another branch. Good way to lose a customer...and I was branching with you for well over a decade. A decade too long.

Say what you want about banks or corporations, but always give props to good workers. Drew, Rocker Girl, and the one time manager lady are all super stars here. I get treated nice everywhere in North Huntington because I try my best to be nice to everyone like Jesus says to be. Preachy stuff next: Love spreads like a fire, and they at this branch said I'm treated like royalty. We as humanity need to learn to be nicer to everyone, like imagine how stuff would be if we didn't have stuff, other people make that stuff, so lets all be cooler to one another. If we make phone calls to customer service, lets make sure we got nothing to do and are all chilled out. Appreciate that phone service rep because people probably being mean to em. Let's all aim to be consciously nicer and cooler to everyone. Drew saying nice things to me, prompted me to say nice things about them. Lets keep the fire of love stoked, because it helps quench the fires of hate. Anyway it's about a 20th anniversary of when I found God August 21,2003, and people in the know, know this bank was part of it. Love is eternal, and anyway it feels better to be nice to people!

Don't talk to Nicole, especially if you have an urgent issue. Called and she would call me back by the end of the day. Never received phone call and had to call branch Manager Matt next day. Still dealt with issues but at least Matt called back.

Refused to accept my properly endorsed check. First Federal of Greene County and Somerset Trust are the only local banks I would recommend.
