This company is an embarrassment to any reputable company. I was unfortunately switched to them as my PBN by Caresource so they save money, expand, and their executives get nice raises and bonuses, not too mention how they ripping off the state of Ohio . I tried to get the new RSV vaccine but it's not on their formulary even though Medicare has approved and added as a no cost vaccine. But,, no even though my pharmacy has said all other PBM organizations approved no they need pre auth, but Dr can't do because they way behind updating their formulary. Can't wait to switch advantage plans the 1st Oct, My new requirements no Express Scripts, a big deal breaker. Hey upper executives know it's tough, but try skipping your big bonuses, hey your kids will throw a fit, but daughter can deal with off rack clothes and son no fancy car at 16.Tired of supporting your lifestyle.

Made my rite aid pharmacy out of network never advise me - was using pharmacy for 5 years with no issue- they took it out of network had to pay 95 % of meds instead of 5 %

Terrible. They count on people being stuck with them to make money because no one would accept this horrible treatment. I just started a new job and within a month of having this insurance they've raised my copays. I have to choose a plan that I am stuck with for a year but they can change the prices and agreed upon coverage whenever they please. It's a bait and switch, plain and simple.

I am confident this is one the best places to work as a pharmacist. The flexibility and work environment is unmatched. This site is constantly working to optimize patient care and enhance processes that enable Express Scripts to safely get medications to patients as quick as possible, at the best possible value their health plans allow.
