I’m here now they are supposed to be open from 8am to 430 and no one is at the desk the lab doors are wide open security told me to go to desk 2 which I already was and no one has come I have not seen anybody since I got here 15 mins ago

This was my first visit to this location for blood draw and it was absolutely horrendous. After leaving my doctor's office, I was asked to get blood drawn the same day with a 'stat/rush' order. Upon arrival the woman shared there was a wait (no problem, I thought). Over two hours later, I was finally walking to my vehicle to head to work. A word to the wise, pay close attention to the individual operating the desk and the others 'waiting' in the lobby alongside you. After over one hour of 'waiting,' my buzzer never went off (odd I thought). Something seemed very off and it was! After taking a closer look at my surrounding, I noticed others who had come in after me, where going ahead of me. When I approached the desk to ask what the heck was happening, I got a serious deer in headlights look and little response. Panic!! Once they finally got me to a room, it took an additional 25 minutes to get registered and finally blood drawn. This type of service is completely unexpectable Excela. While I have zero trouble being patient and waiting my turn, I also know when to stand up for myself and voice concern over a system that quite simply isn't working. I'm extremely disappointed. Over two hours, waiting, just to get blood drawn is ridiculous. This is not Expert Care! There is nothing "QUICK" about this QUICK DRAW!

I went on a Saturday around 10am. I was taken right away. The front desk staff was pleasant and attentive. The phlebotomist was very nice and talkative. It was a great experience over all.

most, but no all, were very cold and not very personable at all. when you are in the medical field part of your job is too be kind and compassionate to those that have medical issues.they seem like they are miserable with their jobs. however the best of the staff work in the surgery center.

NEVER AGAIN!! I have tried repeatedly to give this place a chance and bottom line is they care more about making money than you as a patient! Treat you like cattle, in and out, zero kindness then DOUBLE CHARGE services. I'm so sick of seeing providers who see you as dollar signs.

The staff from desk, QuickDraw and even radiology services are more occupied with each other and gossiping than the patients. They literally leave people waiting as they laugh and finish off their own personal conversations.It’s a shame because once they service patients they are polite. But all this personal time while patients wait is unprofessional and gives the facility a bad name. They need to be monitored and supervised because the staff feels it’s their social club.

Excela Quick-Draw is the worst! Understaffed and loads of people stuck in one area! Talk about trying to reduce spread...not sure being understaffed helps anyone as it only creates a breading ground! No temp check and one person working the front desk with a line of 10 on 3/6/21 at 8:15AM E. Walked in directions for blood draw and tests are a mess and no one was sure what to do and clerk left the desk. Walked in, walked out 2xs this week and as a result switching Drs and hospitals. Don't waste your time, level of care is dismal and good news Westmoreland County now has more choices!

Always a very fast visit. Phlobotomist is always spot on when it comes to the draw and never, ever painful. Very courteous as well.

Needs better staffing, desk unattended for long periods of time, not patient friendly service... Likely overworked. Appreciate the convenience of walk in imaging.

Managing walk in patients for bloodwork was terrible. No one at the desk. Patients waiting in rooms not being attended to. My time is important too. I have been here since 7:30 am it is now 9:00 am
