I was referred to Duncan Financial and when I went there, I was told that they would be able to assist me with my tax situation and that it would go pretty quick. It was going to be a lot cheaper than other avenues I had looked into. Well, after doing all the work of tracking all the things they wanted down, I dropped them off and was told they will be in touch. After a week I called because I was never contacted and had to leave a message. I was given no call back, so I kept calling and for 2 months, I was never called back. I then sent an email to the person who said he can help me with my situation and called again. Finally after 16+ phone calls and an email, I finally got a call back and was told they cannot help me because it will be too long of a process. The only thing I got out of this was them actually filing an extension for me and having to pay thousands of dollars because of their lies and poor business decisions. ******************* started off being respectful (just to get peoples money) but then turned into someone you never want to do business with. To me, that hire was a very poor business decision.

One man’s experience:The adviser seemed more interested in his personal politics than my retirement account. He felt the need to share.When I left the job my 401(k) with Duncan was with, I was told I had to close my account and… fees. I was told that I wasn’t doing it fast enough so… fees. I pointed out they were the ones holding it up. They relented on those fees. My account was “closed”.Fast Forward a year and a half, I get a letter. My balance is too low to pay their fees so they’re closing my account (again?)... which had fees.I would not choose to work with them again.

I had a fantastic experience with Duncan - particularly with Colton Hearn in financial planning. Very professional, service went above and beyond what I expected, and he broke things down in a way that made it very easy for me to understand. I have worked with Duncan financial group for the past few years and I must say every experience with them has been made so simple & easy! This past year I have been in business for myself (I am an influencer on YouTube, hence the name next to my picture, lol) & I have got to say they were even more amazing this year! Bill Zurlo is whom I worked with this tax season & he was absolutely wonderful! He goes above & beyond for his clients & truly is amazing at his job! I highly recommend them for any of your tax or Financial needs. Thank you Bill & Duncan for all of your expertise!
