DreamMaker did a fantastic job on my bathroom. They were very responsive, did excellent work, were very accommodating and were really respectful in the home. Al, Matt, and Jeff all went the extra mile and it was an excellent experience across the board. I definitely recommend and I will absolutely be going back in the future for other jobs. No..although Im doing research and getting quotes from some of the top contractors in Pittsburgh...including architects who act as project mgr of remodelMy concern out of the gate is the response to a customer's review regarding showroom appt prior to home visit. I can say from experience...3rd home remodel project between 2 properties .I've never had appt in showroom before designer looks at the space...The employee was appallingly rude...how dare she respond to a customer....indication of customer svc to expect during project...Mr Koval obviously missed this

I was an employee at Dream Maker and I can't stress enough how great it was to work for Al Koval! He cares about doing a great job and goes out of his way for a lot of customers! I came in with no experience and was taken in with the guidance of every employee and it helped me learn a lot and let me help customers and give them the product they wanted! Strongly suggest checking them out for remodeling!! They care and will do a great job no matter what!

We had a really great experience with them refinishing our bathroom. It took about 1 month to get on their schedule, but they team was really nice, punctual and the finish product was excellent.

Great group of people to work with. Owner Al has been in the business for more then the 17 he has owned it. Sara helped with all scheduling and Matt , Matt and Mike were great workers

In response: Yes. I was late. As I had explained to you before even making an appointment, I am a full time student and sometimes don't get out of clinic until very late and then I have to sit through traffic. Which I explained again when I arrived l, and I even apologized for. Yet still you refused to be flexible with me. That's ok thought I'm very happy with the company I'm going through in my $65,000 kitchen remodel and $25,000 bathroom remodel. I also find it really sad that your responding to yelp reviews with excuses instead of solutions/corrections to this problem that obviously other people have had with your company.

Martha was unwilling to cooperate with me. I don’t know any other places that have you come in to look at cabinets and countertops before looking at your kitchen space and seeing how much there is to work with. She was completely unwilling to taking measurements before a consult as if that was some crazy request. Apparently they don’t need the business. And they won’t be getting mine.

We are delighted with the outcome. Al came to see what we needed. After measuring, he made some suggestions and recommendations to better fit into the room; we then went to the showroom, picked what we wanted, and in less than six weeks the items were in and the one-day job was scheduled. Jeff, the plumber, was very polite, tidy in his work, and very professional in his demeanor. He ran into a problem when removing the toilet (it was very old and needed a new cast iron flange) which he called to our attention immediately and then corrected it with no complaining. The room has a whole new look and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the material and the service we received.

Very nice workers, but the request was for “light grout, same as kitchen." The result was very different from the request. There is a vast difference between the kitchen grout (which they did 2.5 years ago) and the much darker, unfashionable and unattractive dark bathroom grout.

There are other contractors who provide much better customer service and have fairer pricing.

As an employee, I know this company is caring and straightforward. Al is an honest and caring owner which trickles down to his employees. Be at ease knowing we will not do anything except our best work for your house!

They created a very nice-looking tile shower for us 3 years ago. Recently, the shower door stopped rolling smoothly - I went back to the showroom in Brentwood and Sarah and Pat contacted the manufacturer for parts - when the parts arrived Dreammakers sent a staff member to install it. I was very happy with their response.

Good luck using this company for anything. I just called them for a kitchen remodel. They transferred me to "Martha" who said that I needed to come in and see her to fill out paperwork. I said okay, well I work full time. Do you have weekend or evening appointments. She said "How late in the evening?". I called another company that came to my home. Took measurements and then put together designs for me and then asked me to come into their showroom to pick everything out. Which I thought was a much better process. I shared with Martha the fact that another company we got a quote from was vary accommodating and came to my home. She said "well I like you to come in and have conversation first". Martha clearly is too lazy to get out of her office to do much of anything. Obviously we will be using the company that knows how to conduct business versus a company that runs their business like it's 1980.
