We sat in the parking lot for over an hour after an employee put up a sign to be back in 10 minutes meanwhile leaving pizza boxes and pop everywhere and never coming back. I am very upset?

Don't go in there on Sundays u will get the wrong case to the phone u get and they don't return things so ur out of the money u payed

Very bad Customer Service. The worker didn’t even help my friend fill out her paperwork. He just sat there playing on his phone while I had to help her. And was not helpful what so ever.

Took a friend to Cricket.. a young lady came out of store crying!!! The "manager" treated her sooooo terrible she could not stop crying!!! We listened to her about the way he treated her !!! I rode her home & she cried all the way home!!! Absolutely terrible!!! My friend had to go back, coz the "Manager" didn't fix the issue !! WOW!!!! What. Ustomer service !!!!

The help from switching over to them from another carrier could of had more help the manager could of been more helpful it was like he didn't want bothered then his friend bought him food and I'm stuck not knowing what to do and they were more worried about people at other crickets
