Worst hardware store I've ever gone to had to go back into the store to write down prices for everything because the absolute clowns that work there wouldn't check me out until I did ended up leaving to take my business elsewhere not worth going there go to home depot or lowes

I bought a storm door from the Irwin store and received the wrong handle and was told there’s nothing they can due . I was told I would have to pay a shipping fee of 75 dollars on top of the price of the handle in order to get what I originally wanted. Very rude!!!!

Called to see if they had a particular item, I was about 20 minutes away, and by the time they HUNG UP ON ME. I was already in line with the item checking out. If you don’t wanna respond don’t pick up the phone.

If I need an odd or end, this community hardware store has everything my house needs because they know the builders and have the name brands our builders used for a lot of what we need. If you want a drill, or something higher end I would recommend going to Home Depot, but for the odds and ends in your life it's the best spot! Plus, they give a 10% off military discount which makes it easier on your wallet and saves you some gas to drive to another hardware store!

I’m very disappointed. Last time there I was given an advertisement for cyber Monday deals. I get there early Monday morning and they don’t have anything that was advertised. When I asked about it I was told. “Some stores have them, some stores don’t “. Thank you for wasting my time.

Store was clean and well organized. There was plenty of workers to help you find what you needed. I was also greeted at the door when I arrived.

Ceiling would of colapsed if they didnt have the busy beaver reinforced ceilings!!!!
Also remember to feed buddy the beaver at least once a week!!

Busy beaver has sale on miracle grow potting soil,claims that you buy one get one free with a savings of $12.99 after sale and mail in rebate..all they did was about double the price to scam you out of money..Home Depot has exact same stuff without sale or rebate for $6.99 ..Walmart has the exact same stuff for $5.27 no sale or mail in rebate..shame on Busy Beaver for trying to Scam people this way..
