The Inn & Suites at Kitchen Kettle is a charming and welcoming place located in the heart of Kitchen Kettle Village. Visitors often describe it as a beautiful, peaceful, and clean inn that feels like a true retreat. The rooms are well-decorated, spacious, and spotlessly maintained, with many offering lovely views and private balconies. Guests enjoy personal touches such as cookies, popcorn, and helpful informational literature, which add to the welcoming atmosphere. The inn’s location is perfect for exploring the village, with many nearby attractions like the Amish area, Strasburg Railroad, and various shops and restaurants within walking distance. Guests appreciate the friendly and hospitable staff, who go above and beyond to make stays comfortable. Notable examples include staff members offering extra supplies, assistance with mobility issues, and creating a warm, personal experience. Many visitors enjoy the peaceful ambiance at night, especially when the village quiets down and the lights glow softly. Waking up to the sounds of horses clopping and strolling around the village is a highlight for many. Some minor drawbacks include the lack of an elevator, requiring guests to carry luggage up stairs, and occasional noise from traffic outside. Beds are described as firm and suitable for back sleepers, though not ideal for those who move around a lot during sleep. Overall, The Inn & Suites at Kitchen Kettle is praised for its cleanliness, comfort, location, and the personal touches that make each stay special. It remains a beloved spot for repeat visitors seeking a cozy, friendly, and picturesque getaway in Lancaster.
Our room was on the front side of the main road which had a lot of traffic noise all night. Didn't really get a good night's sleep.

Always a great experience when lodging at Kitchen Kettle Village. We have tried a few different rooms within the village, and every room is always spotless and cozy. Customer service is always top notch. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Kitchen Kettle Village.

We stayed in the village overlook (room 301) and it was so nice! We will definitely be back! The room was clean and comfortable. Having the balcony was perfect for this unseasonably warm weekend in March!
