My shopping trip this afternoon was a terrible customer service experience. Both staff members were dismissive of me and useless as far as offering assistance with my purchase. Admittedly, I did interrupt their chit chat after a mere 30 seconds, but I did so politely. The cashier was rude to the customer ahead of me, also. I won’t shop that location again, ( 6183 Tuscarawas Rd.,) and will not be back in any other DG store for a while.

I think that this is one of the best/cleanest dollar generals I have been in. The aisles are clear and the workers are pretty nice. They also have a wide selection of energy drinks which I appreciate!

All the staff are amazing.. Polite and will help you with anything you need. Very large store. Very clean. Has everything that I need all the time. This is by far the best dollar general. I will always go to this one no doubt about that!

This is a brand new Dollar General, and the best yet, with a wide variety of products. I found everything I wanted here. I didn't find everything at the Beaver store, so I was grateful to find it here without having to go to store after store. The checkout was very slow because someone had a return, but otherwise it was a good experience. I got some freebies (tote bag, cup, moisturizer) without having to ask for them because of the Grand Opening.

As the store manager, I have to say after reading these reviews an explanation is in order. Please note that this store officially opened February 29, 2020. Prior to that date, one person was running the store until we were able to obtain proper staffing. Since February 29 we have been fully staffed and are operating according to normal business hours, as set by our corporate office. Please continue to post your comments and know that my team will make every effort to meet the needs of our community and clientele. Our goal is to serve our patrons with superior customer service with each visit. Thank you again for all the positive comments and criticisms. Very nice, large store with a big selection of products. I haven't, however, had a good experience with the hours. I was there in the evening a few days ago, and found a sign on the door saying hrs 8-5 until further notice. So, I stopped by in the morning, went to the door at 8:05, and it was locked.

Erin was very helpful to me to find the pain meds my father needed after surgery ! This place is great and very convenient to the local area with even reasonable prices

This is one of the best dollar generals I have been to. They have the best home decor I've seen in a dollar general. And the staff is always friendly.
