The 800 number on here is the main number not the number for the this location. Whoever designed that 800 number system obviously has no idea what they're doing. It is literally the worst automated system I've ever come across. This almost has to have been purposeful. Whoever's in charge should be fired immediately. You do not know how to do your job correctly. I had to call another post office to get the number for the post office that I needed to speak to. You've been a business long enough You should know better on how to answer a phone. Apparently we don't have educated people running our postal system. You can't even make money by phone if you don't know how to make it work correctly. It didn't get anything I asked it correctly at all. It would not let me talk to representative. It was just round and round every time with the wrong answer. Pressing zero didn't even do anything. I couldn't get out of the system to do any business. I think somebody has done this on purpose it doesn't make sense. AI is bad but this is exceptionally bad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman who answers the phones there was a completely rude and unprofessional basically laughed at me when I asked a question. Yikes what bad customer service

The machine at the front is never able to scan my QR codes for some reason, stating "invalid barcode", but when I go to the counter my experience has never been anything but positive.

Just had a postal worker yell at me for my mailbox being "over stuffed" with my packages and threatening to send them back. You over stuffed it. Packages have always been delivered to my door. Not my fault my disabled partner cannot check the box when I am not there and yall literally beat on packages to make them fit. Plus my mail must sit there unchecked for 10 days before you can send it back. Get off your high horse and just be thankful my packages help keep you in job security.

Absolutely terrific experience coming here! Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Building always looks clean and orderly and there is usually not a line so service is fast! Had to come for passports once, and they handled it great! Definitely love this place and visit it often!

So today I had just got my daughter to sleep and she’s been sick and our mailman started pounding on the door so I didn’t answer bc she just fell asleep and he walked away and said “if you don’t want your mail throw it away GROW UP” and in my head I was like surely that wasn’t our mail man there’s no way he’s that immature.. well he came back pounding on my door again and wouldn’t stop so my daughter then woke up and I went and answered the door and he was mad bc I was putting the flyers in the above bin bc I thought they were the paper and I thought they weren’t mine and also mail that wasn’t mine from previous tenants I would put up there so he managed to yell at me and then realized some of that mail wasn’t mine and that I didn’t know those flyers were mine. Needless to say I will be calling in and reporting this man and they get paid VERY WELL and should not be treating people this way. Technically he shouldn’t even be aloud to loud at my door and yell or talk to me..

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered books for my classes last semester on time however they said they couldn't deliver to my apartment building because the door wasn't accessable (which it always is to the public) and they leave packages in the lobby for us to pick up. UPS and FedEx don't seem to have any problems delivering my packages? So I go to the post office to pick them up the next day, they are out for delivery. Okay but they say they can't deliver them again. This cat and mouse game goes on until Saturday and at this point I am furious so I go in one more time, out for delivery, doesn't arrive. So I have to ask my professors for extensions on the assignments they gave to which most of them said "oh it's coming through USPS? Well just do it when arrives, those people take forever" I had to wait for the delivery person all day to physically be there to grab my textbooks. And then it became apparent to me as to why they weren't delivering. They used that stop for smoke breaks and just got back in the truck. So I have to go out there and ask if they could get my packages. If there was a way to blacklist them from Amazon I would. They need to either talk with their delivery crew or organize better. I have no idea as to why the delivery person is so incompetent that they can't grab textbooks and place them in the lobby of a building. The building office is right there! There's always someone inside! But no. Why should they be useful

I ordered something important that I needed by Monday morning through Amazon. USPS handles Amazon deliveries and it was set to be delivered on Sunday. On Sunday I got an email saying that it's ready for pick up at the post office and they won't deliver it and are closed on Sundays. I literally paid to get it delivered and I don't have any form of transportation to get there so I guess I'm not getting what I ordered anytime soon. Thanks to USPS I have to cancel the event that I needed it for and pay a fee for cancelling such short notice. Long story short, don't rely on them to do literally what they are paid to do!

After mailman delivered my mail I found my outgoing mail laying under bushes near my porch. One had a check in it. Also our newspapers are now being delivered by USPS and he/she doesn't always deliver it which was case today. They need to stay off phone and pay attention to their job.

Was supposed to deliver a package to my apartment building and said "front door was not accessible" even though it is open 24/7 I watched from my window as the driver didn't even bother to get out from the delivery vehicle. Now I have to wait two days and walk to the store and carry the heavy package 6 blocks on Philadelphia st. I will not be using their services from now on

I sell a lot of items and bring in packages often. I had a few questions and they were very helpful and non judgmental to me.
