I gave them the one star as they had an appointment for last minute for out of town guest for a special occasion updo. i called Friday and they had a 10 am Saturday. Honestly, I was shocked how poorly it was done. It was sloppily pulled back and smooshed into a bun.. no curls nothing special. If he was a licensed hairdresser , this should have been easy. How do you graduate from school and not able to do an updo.? She did have enough length for curls.for Especially for $65 and $10 tip. i would never go there again last minute but i expected better than this.

Made an appointment for a couple highlights & some lowlights & left with orange hair!!! Cost me $115 & didn't get what I asked for. Never again!!!

My best friend Rodney has a long mullet cut and his stylist macey did a great job of styling it and refreshing it!!! Loved to chat as well. Great timely service and I think I will go there as well seeing the good job macey did!!! Keep up the great job girls!!!

Cassy was so nice and sweet to us! Also very Accommodating but our nails didn’t last. She told me they would last for up to two weeks even with working. Three of my nails are chipped and one even fall off without picking at it. One of the nail designs on my guest nails were very sloppy and the lines were very noticeably uneven. The design wasn’t too difficult. My guest and I both have towel fibers throughout the entire nails.

the stylist with the last name crowe absolutely messed up my eyebrows. told him just a clean up and that i liked the thickness and the shape. he made them farther apart and one eyebrow is a completely different shape than the other. not only did he mess up my eyebrows but he got the wax in my hair and he didn’t even bother to tell me. i only found out when i was home and had to spend 20 minutes trying to get it out. very dissatisfied with this stylists work, extremely disorganized.

Brandon is an amazing hairstylist! He’s so friendly and down to earth, he always knows just what to do to make you walk out feeling confident and beautiful! I love coming here especially for Brandon :)

So upset at my experience there. I came in asking for a very specific cut. Did not like what she did and asked repeatedly to take more off to match what I wanted. Apparently she didn't have the time so she said I should think about it and come back. I do not have the free time to come back. She washed my hair twice and not once used any conditioning treatment. Again I guess she was in a hurry. I feel if you don't have time to do a proper job than you should not charge me for a job you did not do 100% I will add to this post after I see how the salon handles things tomorrow.

i paid 120 plus 15 dollar tip for a root bleach and to get all of the yellow and orange out of my hair because i wanted a very ashy cool toned blonde. the girl who did my hair barely did anything other than she burned my scalp, made my head blister because when i told her that my head was burning they left the bleach on for another 10 minutes. she bleached the back of my shirt and ruined it and kept making me feel like i had no idea what i was talking about. i could have done this at home and got the same results. i got my money refunded because of the service that i was highly disappointed with and in pain, and the manager tracey banned me from getting my hair done there because of it. not only that, the receptionist told my stylist that she had another client that had to leave soon so she only curled the top part of my hair and left the underneath untouched and they were all just so rude and unprofessional, along with the actual managers at jcpenney

PAID 160 dollars plus 10 tip for not much difference and not what i wanted at all no mention of coupon discount they were running and not one mention of upcharge for long hair going back to get refund and they better full refund it cuz im not happy i sat for 4 hours for literally something i couldof done for less than 20 at homeServices: Hair coloring
