Very huffy, rude staff member. Acted like I had bothered her after waiting 8 minutes. Plus, wouldnt reimburse the erroneous charge for the printing. Last trip to this store.

We felt the need to share a very good experience we had at the store this morning. For a Christmas gift we wanted to get calenders made for relatives. We pre shopped Friday and the representative told us to come back with pictures on a flash drive and it would be quick and easy. So went back Saturday morning to find out with absenteeism the rep was not there. Gretchen had not done that task before but said she could figure it out. Not only did she, but she went above and beyond! Gretchen was kind, patience and professional. She was awesome to work with and really helped us out. A very good employee and should be acknowledged for the work she does.Thank you Gretchen.

Went to Staples to print out a friend’s cover letter and resume, a woman named Lisa was in charge of doing so. One of the most unpleasant and unfriendly employees I have ever encountered with. Zero customer service skills. Very disappointed.

Stopped by Staples for a Tech to look at my computer. The associates were very helpful and courteous. Nate, a Staples Tech was a lifesaver. My computer had ransomware and I was not able to login. These scammers took my computer hostage, but Nate knew exactly how to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Nate if you have been a victim of scammers. Thank you Nate and staff.
