The owner and son are very accommodating and very personable. It has that ma and pa feel to it and caters to every demographic and every level and style of training. Real nice. hammer strength equipment, plenty of free weights/squat racks. Great atmosphere!

One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Excellent, diverse, well-maintained equipment. Immaculately clean. Reasonable priced, great customer service. HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful gym equipment and great environment to go hard and feel good. Mikes Amazing - Traveling makes it difficult to find a good gym but this one is by far the best I have visited. Thank you!
