Not too bad. Employees were nice food was decent. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner as well as the seating area.

Always seem to have issues with this Sheetz. Went there earlier, ordered hotdogs for myself and a friend. Hot dogs were cold and the kraut looked as of it were several days old

I am someone who travels throughout the area frequently. I have encountered many employees from this store over the years. Some are excellent and some are not as friendly. I have never wrote a review on a patron experience before, so I was hesitant on writing one. There is an employee whom I have witnessed being aggressive towards other employees and not professional with patrons as we have came in. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day, but repeated patterns are occurring and I felt this needed to be brought to someone's attention. The employee I believe is a Deanna. This employee has used offensive language in my presence and has been flat out rude to patrons and other employees. My opinion...If you hate your job so much, please move on and do everyone a favor. This employee causes my anxiety to spike because I do not know if I will be greeted professionally or with derogatory and offensive language, eyerolls, and attitude. I will choose another location to visit just to avoid this interaction.

I had a horrible experience with an employee from this sheetz. Not even in the gas station itself, it was in my own place of work. Deanna Frampton came into my place of work to shop just as any customer does. I could tell she wasn't in the best of moods as she displayed loud, heavy sighing while going throughout the isles. When she finally reached my register, I warmly greeted her as I do any person who comes to me. Everything started off fine. I even disregarded the derogatory term she had made, stating she "didn't want to be in trouble for certain people being retarded." I brushed it off and continued to check her items out. She had roughly placed one of her items on my register and when I tried to put it back together I realized it wasn't returning to it's normal shape. She quickly grabbed it off my register, knew exactly where to look for the default, and then blamed me for ripping it. I hesitated because I could feel her agitation worsening. I apologized and offered to have her go back and get another product exactly like it. She stated that was the only one and demanded I take it off her order while rolling her eyes. I obliged and silently finished her order. After I was done, she was going over her receipt. She asked why she was charged for 2 of the items and it was then I realized I had removed the wrong thing from the order. I informed her I would have to add the item I removed back on since she was keeping it, and remove the other item she originally wanted off in the first place. She let out a nasty, LOUD, "UGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" And rolled her eyes in complete disgust. At this point my coworker came over to help because she could see I was tense from being verbally abused by this woman. I added the item that needed purchased and removed the one that item that was supposed to be removed (honest mistake.) The difference she owed was .99 cents. She asked why I was charging her for items "she already paid for." I told her it was the item I had removed originally she was purchasing since she was keeping it, and removed the item she wanted off so there was a .99 cent difference. She told me she didn't need my attitude. I could see her ADULT children start fidgeting and her daughter quickly excused herself so she didn't have to witness the confrontation. It triggered something in me because I to grew up with a parent exactly like Ms. Frampton. I told her I was removing her order, and I will NEVER service her again. We exchanged some words and she screamed at me to "SHUT THE HELL UP!!" So I told her to get her things and get the **** out. At this point, my coworker serviced her, and she quickly left. This is a WARNING to any and all retail associates, when this woman is in a bad mood, you will be a victim. I will never service her again, nor will I go to this sheetz again. The police were notified. I hope this woman can find the peace she needs because complete strangers don't deserve the abuse she afflicted.

Just bought food. Undercooked and it's colder than it is outside... these people aren't even trying to give you what you paid for at this point, calling customer service is a waste of time because nothing improves. Sheetz and most of their locations are starting to be a scam company...

Cold brew was bitter and had an awful after taste. Sausage breakfast burrito was cold and the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast burrito had a really odd taste to it. Waste of $10. Next time I stop it’ll only be for gas. The food at Sheetz (not just this one) has become overpriced and poor quality. Not worth the money at all.

Tire air pump was malfunctioning but this is common at every gas station any more not just Sheetz. Otherwise excellent gas station with a lot of pumps. Not much parking area though.
