This bank is the worst S&T bank in Indiana county . It’s sad cause it’s a couple blocks for. Me but I have to go to one across town cause the workers here are clueless and have no idea what they are doing !!! It’s the biggest S&t bank in Indiana and they are all so clueless . Training needs to be done better to them .

4/22/24. Monday Time 3:55 I pull into the Drive Thru at the Philadelphia Street Branch. As I am getting my Deposit ready the window on the Tube Closes. Ok? So I figure the Tellers are trying to Wait on the Customers still In the Lobby of the Bank. I'll be Patient. After every bit of 7 mins and Tellers seeing me I left. Unexceptional S&T. Oooh and I Called the Branch at 4:39. The young man (Joe?) Confirmed the Drive Tru is open. And Would be Closing in 20 mins. ?

Absolutely the worst. I had an account many years ago. I closed it when they started charging me for not meeting their minimum blanace. Seriously, I had to pay money because I was broke?Today cemented why I quit doing business with them. My daughter is loosing a tooth. I went into a branch to exchange 2 dollar bills for 2 dollar coins. The teller informed me that if I didn't have an account she would not be able to do the exchange. Seriously?? Over an even exchange for $2?No worries... 1st Summit Bank did it without batting an eye. Guess where I am taking my business.

I would advise caution when considering this financial institution. In particular, I had an unfavorable experience with Mr. Richard Scott. He lacked patience and clarity in his explanations. It felt as though he didn't value our time or concerns. I believe it's essential to share such experiences so others can make informed decisions. Don’t recommend this Financial institution to anyone!!!!

I have been banking with S and T for over 10 years. They have worked with me through financial low and high points, gave expert opinions, offering patience, loyalty, and care throughout. Wouldn't bank anywhere else!

I have dealt with dozens of bank involving millions of dollars. S&T Bank was the most incompetent bank I have dealt with. Their staff has no idea what they are doing.

I've dealt with over 1200 institutions in my career and have not seen one as fishy as this institution. They make a lot of promises about wanting to help small and medium businesses grow but when you give them sensitive data, they disappear..... I don't understand what tactic of fraud this bank is using but it should definitely be investigated by authorities.

There needs to be an option for a ZERO star review. This bank does not value long term customers. There are too many other options for banking to stay loyal to a bank that does not value a 30 year customer.

It’s funny how I can get approved for a 20,000$ car loan but I can’t get approved for a small personal loan from my very own bank who sees my income being direct deposited ? after a few shady incidents and after this I’ll probably look for a different bank because they obviously don’t stand behind thier customers

They said I had both deposited and cashed the same check. OK then she said I cashed the check at a branch I have never been too and then she said a woman from that branch was working at the branch I go to which made no sense. So I asked her did she bring her stamp from that bank to use at the other branch but she had no answer then proceed to get very rude with me and when I called her on it she just continued to do it. I would like to think the bank frowns on this but she said her supervisor knew all about it.

Back in August, my debit card was hacked through eBay/PayPal. I filed a complaint, and through their “investigation” they deemed it that it wasn’t fraudulent, that I indeed made the purchase. I would know if I was hacked or not, and had to get another debit card issues to me because of it. Now, they say since the investigation came back not in my favor, that there is absolutely nothing that they can do. So basically I am out the money that was scammed out of me. So this leads me to the only conclusion that I can come up with, that this bank is a deceitful bank, not deserving of my business. PayPal and eBay will be getting similar reviews

Buying a house is supposed to be a fun, S & T Bank has made it the WORST experience we've ever been through. I will NEVER recommend this bank to ANYONE who is buying a house, especially your first house. You are better off going anywhere else. When we are told something, 2 days later it becomes something different. What they said isn't correct and ends up costing us more time and effort. We were trusting them to do what was in our best interest and they have done everything but.
