doesnt reason well with customers. paid 4 months ahead. then forgot about a late payment and she made us move out. Gets angry when youre busy and dont answer her calls. id go to indiana self storage or really basically any other but regency. the owner is like a bug in the woods that wont stop bothering you. Save yourself the nuisance!!

Pretty normal place as storage units go. They have rat traps out so if your stoeing long term that could become an issue.

It's a metal box for you extra stuff. What more can you say. It is always open, they never close and lock the gate. There are not camera's. If a lock is secure, you stuff is secure. We don't keep anything valuable there.

I had my things stored at Regency from June until December. Any time of year it was obviously weatherproof. When I retrieved everything, it was safe and clean. I also changed my move out plans several times on them, and Bernadette was understanding and accommodating. Payment was easy. There were several ways to pay (by credit card by phone or e-mail or by sending a check.) When there was an issue with one of my payments coming out, Bernadette was on top of it and alerted me before I even knew about it. I recommend storing your belongings with Regency.

My niece is attending IUP. This facility is really close to campus and the staff is super helpful, trustworthy, and accommodating. The storage units are very clean and secure with reasonable rates. She was immediately at ease with our choice.

They have the best prices in the area and the place is new and clean. The staff is very friendly.

Storage facility is new, clean, people are very nice, inexpensive, easy to pay. Everything that my last storage facility was not.
