“Got my pixel here. Wanted a phone with a stylus but Irena said that they were all over the budget I quoted her. When it got home it realized she had made a mistake and this model has a stylus. So glad she was wrong about one thing! ? Otherwise she was absolutely fantastic as a sales person. She helped me get on the right cricket plan and the govt plan so that I don't have to pay for my cell service every month. The other employees don't seem as knowledgeable as her. I keep hoping she will be there every time I have a need to stop in but I haven't seen her lately. She was certainly their best employee. Otherwise I am quite satisfied with cricket.”

I was dreading this experience as I had a fairly difficult situation to straighten out but Lonnie made it SO easy! Lonnie was not only very professional but was very knowledgeable and versed in everything that we had to complete. He was able to get us taken care of as well as address other customers complaints at the same time. He was the best - I advise you use him for all of your needs at AT&T!”
