I will never get another phone from there again I went in 3 different times trying to get my phone fixed and they claim the can't then went in for a upgrade and was told I needed over 500 dollars my phone none stop is roaming I can't make no calls on it or do anything with it unless I connected to Wi-Fi what is the point of paying for data if I can't use the phone with out wifi and when it is roaming I can't do nothing at all on it and they won't help me at all do not got there for a phone!!!!!!

Their internet service in the Plumville PA area absolutely terrible. It couldn’t be slower. This company charges me $150/mo.

Arrived at 5:45pm and doors are locked even though web site and sign on door say that they are open until 7:00pm.

Stay away from this store. If you have metro t mobile, find another store. Extremely rude and belligerent to customers. When you point to someone a website the become defensive and rude. If I owned this store I would be hiring new employees.
