My husband and I were greeted upon entering by Andy who was able to explain the Bed Match System to us both as the diagnostics determined only a few matresss were fitted for our sleep styles .He continued to show us all best matched for us and never did we once feel pressured to purchase he was very friendly upfront and knows his job very well we was very pleased overall
