I came to Mark Arbuckle Nissan to get a recall for a stomp lamp switch on my 2017 Nissan Sentra . I was in and out on my way back home in 20 minutes. The staff was super friendly and polite. The seating area was so clean and orderly. It felt like a relaxing environment and as a woman Im a little iffy on repair shops to go to but at mark Arbuckle Nissan I knew it is a safe shop to go to for any current or future repairs. They get the job done ! I would recommend and go back if needed !

Very disappointed. I had no power to my windshield wipers and made an appointment, the part needed to be ordered. I dealt with the service manager Rick that day, and he is wonderful. He wanted me to leave my vehicle until the part came in but I wasn’t prepared to do that because I live 45 minutes away. That was on a Friday and the part came in on Monday.The service department called me on Monday, Rick was on vacation that week, and the employee I spoke with couldn’t not get me in until the following Friday. I explained to the employee that called me that I have no power to my front windshield wipers and that I can’t wait almost 2 weeks and he told me they could replace the blades. A lot of good that does me when I have no power to them! The employee did not handle the situation well, he definitely needs to be trained on customer service. I guess I could understand if I didn’t purchase the car there or didn’t use them for regular service appointments, but I did. So much for customer loyalty. I do feel that if Rick the Service manager was there, the outcome would have been better. I ended up calling a Nissan dealership in Greensburg and they took care of it the next day even though I didn’t purchase the car from them. I had to pick up the part from Mark Arbuckle Nissan. I’m glad Delaney Nissan understood that this was a safety issue and they went above and beyond to help me, even though it’s a further drive we will be taking our business to them.
