Stopped in looking for a last minute birthday gift. Not only did they have what I was looking for, they also engraved it for me and had it ready to give that day and if that wasn't already above and beyond they even gift wrapped it! The 2 people working there were wonderful and I will not hesitate to stop in next time I'm looking for a gift. I bought a tie tack and they had a decent selection of gifts for men, it wasn’t all just womens jewelry though I may stop and look at jewelry for me too lol. They have a lot of non jewelry gift items and I enjoyed looking at the Christmas items. I thought I was the only one who leaves Christmas out year round, it’s refreshing to see someone else who has the Christmas spirit :)

Luxenbergs is our go to healer for all of our needs. Kip is always so helpful and has a very energetic personality. he never forgets a face and is always "willing" to sell you something even if you don't think you need it, you get it. wouldn't go or trust any other jewler. love them!!

Luxenberg's is an old school Jeweler/Jewelry store ( mean this in the best if ways) that's been in the hearts of Indiana residents since 1900's they even have the original register they opened the store with in working order to check you out downtown! Although the mall store is quite significantly younger having been one of the original store to the Indiana Mall it is no less of a disappointment the same warm welcoming spirit invites you into a well worn wood cases displaying the brightest of diamonds. The brightest being the personalities they make the store the truest precious stones. Kipp, Kathy, Carol, Jim, Michael are the very best examples of this!

About a year after I got married I knocked the diamond (prongs and all) off my engagement setting. I went all over town looking for a jeweler that would reset it without sending it away. I had heard too many horror stories of people getting a different diamond or a fake one back when sending them out. Since I'm not a jeweler I certainly wouldn't know the difference and my diamond is my diamond. It was the one that my husband and I picked out the day we got engaged. I was at the mall and figured, even though I would probably get the same answer, I would stop in anyway. Mike was awesome! He told me to pick a setting in the case and he would replace the diamond that was in that ring with mine. He had said he didn't have time to do it that day because he needed to go out of town (Butler I believe) but that I could pick it up the next afternoon. I was shocked! I told him to go ahead and do it. He promised that my diamond would be locked in their safe over night and he would call me the next day when it was ready. I gave him my diamond, picked a simple setting out of the case and left the store. About 45 minutes later my cell phone rang. It was Mike telling me that he decided to stay and set my diamond since I was so anxious to get it back. AGAIN, I was amazed at his customer service. This was 16 years ago and Luxenberg's has been my jeweler ever since. I even have my son shopping there as this was the only place he went when looking for an engagement ring for his wife and wedding bands for their wedding. Thank you Luxenberg's for being an honest jewelry store and cherishing your customers.
