The agent I spoke to helped me set up auto pay when I asked for it. My space rent payments are on time and I do not have to drive there in bad weather. When I call and leave a message( after hours) I get a prompt call back.

We have stored our fifth wheel at Larch's for a few years now. They are so easy and friendly to deal with. We have always felt like our property was safe there.

I have never had an issue with them or their units, very spacious and affordable. And the guy I hand the money to is always really nice and helpful.

Very nice people . Even though I'm pretty behind on my unit because of circumstances behold my control they aren't harassing me like some places tend to do. I have the biggest unit they have and can't afford to lose that stuff. As some of it is my mother's who passed away recently and my exes mother who is also gone. Thanks for the understand and I will get it caught up as soon as I can. Waiting for income taxes to be released .. my unit is at the 286 location!
