My boyfriend and I went in to get switches, sheetrock, and window trim and needed help finding a three way light switch with a wireless remote, so we proceeded to ask a worker that was standing by electrical if she was an electrician, she said no she can get someone over here to help. What we got was a guy arguing with us that was NOT an electrician and so very disrespectful that we had to walk away. Then we went to get window trim and there were 5 employees standing there and we asked if they had any trim that was similar to the style that we have in our home? Without even looking at our picture we were told all the window trim was on the back wall which was not the case. Because there were two other places in the store that we found trim. We proceeded to check out WITHOUT our window trim and then ordered 14 sheets of 1/2 in sheet rock and 4 sheets of 5/8 in sheet rock. When we got back to load it, the receipt had 18 sheets of 5/8 and 0 1/2 inch. So we go drive back up to the front, went to the cashier that checked us out and she asked if there was a problem and he said yes, when responding with our issue she interrupted his response and said "well I put in exactly what you said" which was clearly untrue. She then stated "You will have to go to customer service and get a refund." So we head to customer service. Explain the situation. I repeated that I needed. 14-1/2 4-5/8. The woman asked if I needed anything from the original purchase. I said yes 4 5/8. She then said I know what you need. I'm asking if you are keeping anything that you already bought. So I said well?!? YES!! 4 sheets of the 18 5/8's rock. So I was refunded 14 sheets. Then asked could I now purchase the 14 missing 1/2 pieces of sheet rock. She asked me for a product number. As if I worked there. I laughed and looked at another worker who looked up the product number for me to tell her. Off to loading zone for the second time. Thank god for the lumber yard employees because we were greeted by two smiling faces who were nothing short of a miracle compared to the rest of the store we had dealt with. So that one star goes to the guy and gal who helped us load. You are the real MVP's of this location. This is the last time I we will ever step foot in this location. Latrobe, Pa is by far so much more helpful and professional.

The young man John, who works mostly closing shifts I guess because I saw him when I went late several times, is very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT BUY PERGO/MOHAWK "WATERPOOF" LAMINATE FLOORING. Advertised as "pet friendly" and "waterproof" yet pet accidents absolutely destroyed the flooring in under a year. Was told by Lowes/Pergo/Mohawk that my warranty claim was denied as pet accidents are not covered. Why are you advertising them as pet friendly then?

I went to Lowe's in Indiana PA to pickup an online order. I wore a mask in and there was a notice on the door regarding the requirement to wear one. Once inside I noticed quite a few people not wearing one. Most of the offenders were 60 ish- looking men. While at the service desk I asked an employee what management does with those who don't wear masks. Her response was a coarse "nuthin". I won't be returning. There is nothing I need from Lowe's that's worth putting my health at risk.

I bought sherwin Williams interior paint on the advice of the employee at about $57.00 a gallon Supposed to be 1 coat coverage. what a lying sales person and companies. Did not cover and the brush marks are very noticeable

I'm about done with Lowes and here is why. I called to check the status of an online order today. After selecting # 2 from the menu options to check order status, I waited so long for someone to pick up that it kicked me back to the menu. I proceeded with the option to speak to an associate. Once I was able to speak to a live person, I told her that I'd like to check my online order status to which she replied, "you ordered it wrong." I responded with, "can you at least check

Great prices and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Needed a florescent ceiling light and the staff found it for me very quickly. Would recommend.

I was beyond frustrated with this store. I was having a car port delivered. The delivery was scheduled for about four weeks after I ordered the car port. That was fine as I was told it would take that long. I was given a firm delivery date of Friday. I arranged people to put it together for Sunday. I was then given a different delivery date of Saturday. No problem, could still have it for Sunday. Remember they will not give you your two hour window until the day of delivery so I needed to take the whole day off each time (after the first two, I quite taking the day off, since I doubted it would be delivered). Then, I was told the truck was broken down and delivery would be in a week. I called and the longer the call went on the worse it became. The delivery truck was already broken down when they gave me the first firm delivery date. They knew it could not possibly be delivered that day. I had no fewer than ten promised delivery dates. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He wasn't in but they would have him call me. No one called. It was a total mess. Then, I was told that they would "borrow" a truck and delivery it the next week, what day was good with me. I said Monday. No problem they say. I was sent a delivery date for Tuesday! Then, a delivery date for Thursday (I was getting married that day but didn't even bother to say don't bring it that day since I knew it wouldn't be delivered anyway, I was right, it wasn't). Problems happen, I understand, but no apologies, no refund of delivery charge, not even a phone call when I asked for one. I agree with the posts that say this store does not want your business.

Was able to go in get what I needed and be done in 5 min. It was great.
