This store has a pretty standard selection, but if you are looking for something specific, it would make sense to call ahead or check online to ensure they have what you need first.

Update: The number Lowe's asked me to reach out to them on is an automated recording. Couldn't get anyone to speak with.
During a kitchen remodel, I purchased Stainmaster Luxury Vinyl tile flooring. My contractor installed it over the next two days. Over the weekend, the flooring was scratched by simply pushing chairs in and out from the table. When my contractor returned to my house, the flooring was, immediately removed and returned to Lowe's. I scrambled to find a replacement so as not to delay the progress in my kitchen. Lowe's was able to replace the flooring and I submitted a warranty claim for the additional cost of labor to remove and reinstall flooring. My claim was denied due to "removal of the flooring before the claim is processed voids the warranty". What a ridiculous notion that I should have left the product in place while my claim was reviewed. Pictures were taken and numerous Lowe's associates and management saw the damaged product. I can't even fathom why anyone would expect a consumer to incur the additional costs associated with the delay of a kitchen remodel. Incidentally, the start date of this process was June 3. I was informed of the "voided" warranty on June 15.

We had a sliding glass door installed. These are pictures of the door trim. This is the worst finishing job I have ever seen. The contractors that Lowes hires are below par. There is no quality to the work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Lowes to install anything in your home. There was absolutely no help afterward to help resolve the problem. Mike the manager tried to get a work order to resolve the problem, but Lowes cancelled the order and never sent anyone to look at the work or even call back to see how the problem could be resolved. My parents and I had been loyal to Lowes since it came to Indiana, PA. I will never again purchase anything from Lowes again or have them install anything either. They lost our families business.

I tried to comment by way of the Lowe's survey, but the system kicked me out, so I will comment here. My visit to the garden center at Lowe's today was fantastic. There were non-local workers setting up displays who were polite and talking with customers. This created a relaxed atmosphere in a hectic environment. My checkout experience went surprisingly well given the amount of customers who were in line, and the lack of help to accommodate this situation, kudos to the cashier! I was especially happy with the service I received from a worker named Dan. Dan recognized that I had been waiting for someone to load my potting soil and jumped in and helped. In no time, my soil was loaded and I was able to go on my way.

It’s a shame Lowe’s is now hiring drivers who cannot speak a word of English and the poor customer has to try and deal with these people not understanding a word they say. If you are going to hire someone who doesn’t speak English it’s the customer who has to try and deal with them.
