Went to around 5 stores and Lorelli’s was by far the best customer experience. Tristan there knows exactly what he’s talking about and the quality of the engagement ring was perfect!! Not even just him, all the employees were absolutely great. 10/10 experience and highly recommend anyone checking this place out.

What an amazing place! What an amazing staff! I had a custom ring made and I am thrilled with it (I might be hard to please ;-)). They went over and beyond. I will definitely be back.
