I had to come and leave a review. About 3 years ago I went looking for a new chain to hold a loved one’s ashes and my grandfathers wedding ring. The chain I had, had been constantly stretching to the point it was 2 inches longer than when I first I got it, and probably the 3rd chain I had been through. I had shopped here before, and they did wonderful work on repairing my grandmothers ring, and placing a stone in a band for me. Always with a smile and always friendly. I’m not a big review person. But this warranted one for sure. I explained to him that I’m a CNA and quit hard on jewelry. I don’t want to take it on and off everyday, and I have residents that will pull on it at times. It needs to be sturdy.Move forward 3 years, and understand It never comes off! The chain has not lost its shine, it hasn’t stretched, but the true test came a few weeks ago when I bent over at work and it caught on the lip of a drawer handle. I came up and heard a loud crack so much it echoed in my hotel lobby. I felt a strong tug and my heart about stopped. I looked down and grabbed my chest expecting to find it on the floor. It wasn’t. It wasn’t even damaged. This chain has truly stood the test of time. I’m shocked as I know my history with jewelry. This is the most important piece of jewelry I own. It’s doing exactly what I needed it to do. Standing up to my clutsy life style.Thank you!

HORRIBLE. Inexperienced young man offered me $700 in cash for a watch we believed to be solid 18K gold. The watch, a signed swiss Omega Constellation, is well over fourty years old and marked 18K with 0.750 below on both key areas. While I did not mind his performaing THREE stone rub acid tests on the piece, I was SPEECHLESS when he laid $700 out in front of me, WALKED AWAY WITH MY WATCH (I had not signed the paper to accept it) and this young man took MY WATCH to a GRINDER without my consent, shaving off a good quarter inch of the band's corner, snatching his money back up throwing the watch down (Cracking the glass mind you) telling me "Ah.....it's just plated....." That is in my 20 years in the business of vintage jewelry the single most unprofessional thing that's ever been done to me......im not mad that he was protecting himself as I was selling it as scrap gold.....im mad that he performed a destructive test on MY piece of jewelry without my consent. Numerous calls have not been returned, thus I am going to leave this reveiew ALL OVER THE INTERNET, maybe that will get me results. There is not ONE SINGLE GIA CERTIFIED GEMOLIGIST ON THIS EARTH who would walk off with a customers piece of jewelry and take it to a grinder thus DESTROYING it.....not on a vintage piece, EVER. So, while he saved his daddys little stand $700, I am out the $250 I could have sold the watch for in AS IS condition.....now, it is completely worthless....SEE PHOTO---right at red arrow is the corner he took to a grinder, making the band uneven. Moral to the story here folks, when hard up for cash, AVOID these people and seek a TRUE professional who displays their credentials in their shop window....... LESSION #1-18K with 0.750 below it means the 18K gold is .750 MICRONS thick (Wonder how thick his skull is? Grinder anyone?) LESSION #2-Steer clear of Jewelry JUNK-tion, go to TREAURE HUNT where the professionals work....they were APALLED by this and surely will put jewelry junction in their place.....CLOSED.
