I ordered fuel early September when the price was $4.20 a gallon. I was told that they would honor the price even if it goes up. Two weeks later, still no fuel, I called and was told there are no drivers but it'll be delivered. About one and a half to two more weeks later I get a call and said they would deliver tomorrow (10-11-22) but would not honor the price, instead of 4.20 a gallon when I ordered, I now had to pay $4.88 a gallon. And now it wasn't a lack of drivers, it was a lack of fuel and the driver had to drive 90 miles just to get the fuel. Total BS! Got screwed over, they waited until the price went up to charge me more. Ive been a customer of theirs for about 6 years now also, not anymore though....Don't use this company, you will get screwed.

I saw the reviews on pricing and wanted to add my two cents: I looked around for a few weeks and found out for the price you are getting 100% fuel oil from these guys; unlike some of the others around the area are cutting the fuel oil with cheaper fuels to increase quantities. But I’d rather pay that extra to get pure heat oil because it’s so much better on your furnace.

came to deliver my fuel at 9am. i was still sleeping. i work very long hours. i woke up at 10 and theres a note on my door from fuel guy. so first off i got no call to know that he was even coming second off i got no call to know he was in route. they always call at least to tell me they are coming. then when i called the lady said i called u yesterday. nope did not i called them yesterday myself. dont argue with me when u made a mistake just make it right
