I called two times inquiring about frame work on the front of my truck. They must be very busy or not interested in doing to work because they have not returned either of my calls. I will must likely be going elsewhere for the work. Very disappointed in the customer service. If they treat most of their potential new clients this way they will not keep good business and loose the good rapport they had. I will update if they reach out.

I'd like to call this auto repair shop a "hidden gem", but apparently it's been there a very long time, so it was only hidden from me! Its name clearly spells out what they do - all things undercarriage for vehicles - shocks, struts, undercarriage repairs of all types (including welding as needed). They even do State mandated inspections! Mike and his crew are superb - competent, knowledgeable, friendly and, perhaps best of all, honest to a fault. If 10 stars were available for this post I would give them a 10. Something grinding, squeaking or rattling under your car? Struts/shocks are toast? Take it to Indiana Frame and Axle. You will not regret your decision. I promise.

This is a general repair facility that specializes in front end alignments. I have been using this company for about 35 years and have known the owner since then. I highly recommend it.

I had an 11am appointment for tire mount, balance and install for over a week at this business. I have a lifted truck and they were to put 35 inch tires on aftermarket rims for me. I took the day off work, super excited about getting $2000 worth of tires and rims put on, and when I show up I was told they won't do it. I told the lady I had an appointment for over a week. got told "to bad. we are behind schedule and won't do it." I said I took the day off work. she said "too bad we aren't going to do them" no phone calls from them, no apologies, no offer to reschedule, just rude ignorant attitude. I called brush valley tire, told them what happened, they took me in a half hour later. Brush Valley is a way better business. Avoid Indiana Frame and Axle at all costs!!!
