Eric, Brian, and Dave have taken care of my vehicles for many years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are competent, honest, and reasonably priced. Hammill's has always gone above and beyond, and I appreciate it. I would recommend them to anyone!

Went to this place in the past no issues until I show up with my white girlfriend all of a sudden there's issues with my vehicles. Got them both inspected both pass. Not even a week later both vehicles engine lights are on. Take both vehicles back all of a sudden all these issues pops up that was supposed to be checked during inspection. Purge issues. Control arm issues. Hub assembly issues. No antifreeze in my coolant system. Parts taped up with black tape. The other vehicle anti freeze smell coming through the vents when a.c comes on. And I'm bringing my vehicles back because of these problems and meanwhile he's charging me for everything. Up to 800 dollars I spent after passing inspection on both vehicles. What mechanic you know does an inspection put new tires on without checking the alignment now a tire is ruined and I still had to pay for a new tire when it was completely there fault. Granted they eventually gave me an alignment for free take my vehicle home again just to find out my car is driving horrible. Eventually I took my vehicles elsewhere. Watch who your mechanics are and make sure they are not racist if you are dating outside your race. I don't know if one or all are that way but everything I'm saying is documented. I never had issues until they seen me with a white woman up to that point my car was fine with them. After that point nothing but obvious issues with my vehicles that I never had when I took my car and passed inspection. Both vehicles malfunctioning within a week after inspection passed 800 dollars later you do the math it don't add up.bottom line I'll never take my car there again.and the people I've referred to him in the past won't be going back either. And I advise all to know who your mechanics are because they will try to break you. This is my issues with this place.

I'm not entirely sure what happened....
I took my Kia Sorento there multiple times, paid on time and never had a problem. All the mechanics are great and Eric is amazing. I tried recently in the last few months to get in and voicemails plus phone calls go unanswered and not responded too....
Another mechanic I found and kind of bummed..

Adventuring all of the time is a lot of ware and tear on a vehicle. I trust this auto shop as a frequent and returning customer.I never feel like they just **look for things** to charge me for. The pricing looks fair and honest on each receipt.The service is kind and inviting. Plus, they are very good at communicating with their customers.Thanks, Hammill’s, for fixing up my ride so that I can continue on my adventures in a safe and reliable vehicle!(I own a 10+ y/o SUV)

The first time my car was worked on he was super nice, very helpful, and willing to help. Since I have car shield, a warranty company, he is the only person that will accept it in the area which doesn’t make sense because they get paid regardless. I tried to come back to have another issue worked on that he knew about. We discussed it and he said it would be fine we could get it in and worked on. Well when the time came to schedule for it to be done he lied to me and told me that car shield needed the old part from my last repair and they did not receive it yet. That is a belligerent lie. I called car shield and they said that they have never asked for a part ever. That I could have filed a claim whenever I wished. I called him back and he ignored me call because he knew my number. I called with my mom and dads phone and he answered and said he wasn’t sure and he would claim but never called back and now won’t answer because he knows the numbers.I just want me car fixed. He told me he was going to help and played around with me for months. If he never wanted to fix it that’s all he needed to say. However, that is not the case and I am still, 5 months later looking for someone to help.Go to them if you need things done but not if you have a warranty company or an auto claim because they won’t help.Edit// he replied “we don’t feel comfortable “ but didn’t call me back to tell me that. Instead waited around for months without telling me. Unprofessional and ignorant.Service: Electrical
