This place runs off the good employees who actually work and lets the lazy ones get the credit. Don’t handle situations that are addressed to them ahead of time. Then blames the ones that work for the issues. Overheard a manager tell one of the workers she was going to kill her on the sales floor and reported it and yep guess what she still has that job. Prices are high. Poorly managed.Lazy management. And not to mention not very friendly.

Staff are always friendly/helpful, but what was a thrift store is now more of a boutique. 20% of the store is "select" which means the rest is the junk noone wants anyways... example - easily over 20 pairs of men's shoes over $25? Seriously. Go across town to salvation army family store.

I visited today and found a plant stand that didn’t have a price on it they treated me like a criminal simply because it didn’t have a sticker proceeded to tell me that I may or may not be able to buy it. I bought several other items only to find out they don’t give you bags anymore to carry your stuff out. I’ll never donate or shop there again. Why are we donating to this company they make profit off of our junk.

Astoundingly high prices here with several high-priced Goodwill Selects racks, which means you have no chance of finding well-known brands on the regular racks for the “normal” (already unbelievable) prices.
There’s also lots of passive aggressive signs all over throughout the store- there’s 11 signs in the dressing room area alone.
They’re also bagless, which is great for the environment, but it just adds insult to injury to not even get a bag for your overpriced thrift finds. This location is definitely not worth visiting.

So, I use to really enjoy this goodwill location. However, the way they are pricing things, you’re better off buying new. There’s no reason we should see a pair of pants with holes in the butt marked for “sale” at 25$. Items shouldn’t be double marked with original tags saying “8$”and the goodwill tag saying “18$”. This location has apparently gone bag less also, so if you buy a lot be prepared to overpay and also provide your own bags. If the prices are so high, I’m sure you can afford bags. I use to love thrifting at the goodwill but I’ll stick to smaller store and the Salvation Army at this point. Good luck deal hunting at goodwill!

I don’t expect employees to be professional here, but there should be some level of decency during business hours. employees were obnoxious, screaming at each other across the floor, and throwing merchandise on the floor. they also had blocked off a whole aisle so that they could throw merchandise away. ironically, it was the one aisle that i came for.

So overpriced. It’s very disappointing considering people donate these items. It used to be such a great place to buy my kids clothes. The most disappointing thing I saw a few weeks ago…they had baby formula for sale in their glass case…I mean, that’s beyond sad. Do better!

A lot of overpriced stuff. Lazy management. You’ll be in line for 20 minutes while the older lady who works there will act like she doesn’t see it.

I'm writing this review as I wait behind a customer buying dozens of items ... while I need to pay for one. The employee told me he couldn't help on his register ... so we waited long enough to check in and write the review

When I googled prices they were cheaper online. Poorly managed. Heard managers talking poorly about employee. Get some professionalism please!!!
