If this place was closer to GE or downtown I'd go but I'm rarely on the far west side of town... maybe they'll place some pumps down at the ol sheetz location at the iup point? ?♂️ other than that, no issues at the pumps!

I spend a lot of money here and I ALWAYS have great experiences here with all shifts EXCEPT for the first shift. The lady with the dark black hair is ALWAYS rude and smug, she needs an attitude adjustment. She talks to customers however she wants for no reason. Dear Lord someone fire her. I dread going anytime in the morning or early afternoon. Aside from that everyone else is lovely.

The woman who was working early in the day on Jan. 1st was exceptionally rude. She was smug and superior, and seemed to get enjoyment from being short with me and interrupting me. Frankly, it ruined my New Years Day.

The man working the counter was extremely friendly. He scanned a discount card for my woman to save money on her coffee. I know it doesn't seem like much but it's the little things that make a customer experience a great one. They now will have our business everyday that we're in town for any of our gas and coffee needs.

Removal of fuel perks, now you remove the $0.03 a gallon discount with your advantage card while adding 10% ethanol to your gas, never get gas here, might as well go to sheetz.

Love using my fuel perks here, usually get very good gas as well. The only downfall of this place is location. Its terrible to get in and out of due to all the traffic from Walmart and people coming into the plaza. If there was another way into the plaza, I think it would be a lot better.
