Very rude service!!! CS (ALEXIS) Calls up my elderly mother like a collection agency. Then just randomly as you attempt to talk to her she will put you on hold w/out saying a word to you!!! Want answer any questions for you about (HER) mathematics on (HER) conclusion of funds to and from!!! This CS REP has made so many mistakes w/bank accounts its impossible to fill safe about your money there!!! This is simply the most Inferior branch office!!! NOTE: All other FCW branches I have dealt with have been fine!!! This is about this particular branch only!!!

Very disappointed, clerks are mean , sometimes not even greeting you, throwing stuff on the counter and showing attitude. Complain for the branch manager didn’t change situation. Happy with a banking , not happy with that branch!!! I think issue in management here. Hope will change her soon.

I didn't mind going here. Nice people but I went into day. This lady with blonde, and dark roots was pretty rude. If I ever go back there definitely not going to her.

Zack is the absolute best. He takes care of any issues start to finish. He is kind hearted and down to earth. Very understanding!!!!!
Tina is an absolute dear who makes you feel like you are family. She is very helpful, understanding and considerate.
Miss Brittany she was great too, but proud she has moved up.
Honestly you guys are the best I personally could not be happier to come to your bank.
