The one star is for the FedEx and Dollar General partnership. If the DG scanner is offline, you will be unable to drop of your prepaid FedEx package. It does not matter if you have the prepaid label. You will not be able to ship your package from DG, you'll have to figure out another plan to ship your package. Therefore, DG is NOT a FedEx on-site location. And is falsely advertised as such. Don't waste your time. Use a drop box or go to a place that will actually be able to ship your package. The US postal service or UPS store.
