When FedEx screwed up a scheduled pickup it was a pleasure being able to visit one of many Dollar Generals and have their employees professionally handle my package

FedEx On Site is inside the Dollar General store. You just give the package to the DG cashier. They will send you a receipt (mine was via email) and will let you know when it's been delivered.
