Great experience buying a new car for family, staff easy to talk to, manager excellent, and lots of customer service options during our buying process. Never felt pressured and staff was easy to talk to laying out options.

The mechanic, Jason, earned 5+ stars. He listened to the concern and went for the test drive accordingly, not just a quick highway trip. He went out with the intention to recreate the experience. He was able to then diagnose and correct the issue that has been a plague.
I just cannot give 5 stars due to the environment/atmosphere.

myself and my wife went to delaney Subaru about a month to test the 2024 outback they were offering a $50 gift card to test drive an Outback we ended up test driving a Crosstrek Wilderness and a outback Wilderness and Subaru ascent
we were highly impressed with the comfort of the ride and Their powertrains
we went up this past Friday and end up getting the Subaru ascent touring model with the Java brown napa leather A very impressive vehicle with an incredible sound system and 360 camera comfort and drivetrain what really Impresses me about this dealership is their team Jim Brown was our Salesman He’s very personable !!! Very easy to talk to also Andy was outstanding We are sitting up a time to go back to Andy so he can go over everything with a new Ascent he also is very personable Me and my wife really enjoyed talking and having a conversation with these guys !!!
more importantly, Delaney Subaru was very fair with my trade in also they got me to exactly where I wanted my Payment to be !!
i’ve been in retail for over 30 years as a store manager, and I can tell you that the Subaru brand sells itself but what makes A business successful is the people inside that building and Delaney Subaru knocked out of the park thank you everyone that helped us with his purchase of our brand new Subaru Ascent you guys rock!!!

Last fall I hit a deer and had to buy a new car. My daughter wanted me to look at a Subaru. We went together to Delaney Subaru. I test drove and looked at several vehicles. The next morning I went back and bought my very first Subaru from Delaney Subaru! I loved that car! Every time I took it for service I had a great experience. The people were superb! In May 2024 a deer hit me! I was devastated. My Subaru kept me from getting hurt. The car stopped instantly. The airbags deployed. The car was totaled. I went back to Delaney Subaru. This time I met J.D. This man told me he would find me a Subaru like I wanted - and he did! Not only did he find me what I wanted, they worked it out that my extended warranty was placed on the new car as well as ceramic coating. I get free car washes and free state inspections too! J.D. made sure I knew what I needed to know before I drove it off the lot! And Subaru has a Subaru Certified Representative at Delaney Subaru who is meeting with me to show me everything the car has to offer! WOW - just WOW. I can’t wait for this meeting! Indiana has a Subaru gem in town! J.D. and Delaney Subaru I can’t thank you enough for what you did for me!

I want to publicly compliment Vicki in the service area. I brought my Subaru in to fix a large oil leak, and found that the head gasket needed to be resealed. I had just paid for such a service in another state before driving cross country to PA. The service was expensive, and I was not happy to find out that I had to do it again. However, that was not Vicki's fault. She got me in, put up with my irritation, and went out of her way to fix the problem and make sure that everything else was in working order. She was pleasant and professional, and due to her efforts (along with the service staff), I will be using Delaney Subaru for any future car issues here. THANK YOU for a job very well done, and renewing my faith in the Subaru brand.

1 star to Subaru, 4.5 to Delaney. My 2022 Subaru Wrx had an engine fail at 17,200 miles on February 4th. It arrived to Delaney Subaru on 2/8 and was taken in quickly. On 2/9 they started the disassembly to figure out what had happened. The service manager was very thorough throughout the whole process and informed me at any milestones. On 2/15 the decision was made to further tear down the car as per SOA for further investigation and diagnostic purposes. On 2/23 the car was tore down, inspected and an engineer was going to look at it. After that on 2/23 the engine parts were ordered and we waited approximately 2 weeks for them. Soon after it became apparent that some parts were wrong or incompatible. Again the service team has been very thorough on updates. I come back from New Jersey (where I currently live) on the weekend of 3/30 hoping to get my car, I received the text to pick it up. I went and the car was still very wrong. After waiting from then till 4/16 to be told more parts need ordered and won’t be in till 4/24. I live in New Jersey and I’m going to Alabama next week for work. Subaru of America has done absolutely nothing to help me while Delaney has done everything they could. I have not had any help or assistance from SOA during this whole process and it’s almost impossible to reach out to somebody who can help. I would recommend Delaney automotive group to absolutely everyone, as they’ve treated me very well, I just wouldn’t recommend a Subaru unless you want to end up like me.

Very impressed and pleased with the sales staff, especially Holli Canton. She walked me through the process thoroughly, taking time to explain everything about the Subaru Impreza in great detail. I highly recommend Delaney Subaru if you're looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Wanted to thank Andy Gnibus for his patience in showing me everything I need to know about my new Subaru. Originally thought I wasn’t going to benefit much but so glad I went and had Andy go over what the new vehicle could do. Unbelievable how far technology has come. Also wanted to thank Jesse Collier for making it easy buying a new vehicle. Second he has sold me.

I had a bad experience with the dealership in 2008 (charged for undercoating that was not done and that I had repeatedly said I did not want). I was done with dealerships and purchased 5 vehicles since then from Blue Knob, avoiding the negotiation process. I recently decided I wanted a Subaru and went in to look with hesitation.
The experience could not have been better. As soon as I met Holli, I knew I would be purchasing a vehicle from her. I bought a Forester Sport in late December. I cannot recommend Holli highly enough. After purchase Andy walked me through the tech and was readily available to answer a question I had just yesterday. No pressure, totally great experience.
