Highly professional staff and service department is exceptional. My only reservation is that I was not able to get as good of a deal asI was hoping but I was in a time crunch and it was at the beginning of the inflating prices on vehicles. Normally I would have done more work on comparative shopping and negotiation.

Hyundai service is absolutely horrible. Rude when you are there and act like it's your fault you need service. And that is if you are ever able to get Them. Or if they bother to call you back. I have owned 4 Hyundai, never again.

Service center is a bunch of out right criminals. They lied and cheated us on a service to our vehicle because we would get another service that wasn't needed. When we went to talk to them Solomon he was very confrontational with an elderly man just trying to sort things out. Never go here and i hope solomon gets fired because of his bad attitude. There is reason to treat customers this way.
I hid my identity so i dont get treated worse and also if me or my family had to come here for work i dont want your low quality customer service lead me to a suspicious claim that i need a new transmission. Nice try though with the condescending reply and that is all the proof i need for my review.

Solomon of the service department was blatantly rude and dismissive any time I raised a concern about my vehicle and the service of my vehicle. I paid for a warranty on my vehicle which means that I unfortunately may have to deal with him again. Everyone else I’ve dealt with at this place has been nothing but professional and nice, but Solomon has been so unprofessional, rude, and stubborn/uncooperative that I have to give this dealership a one star rating. The service department is the one customers will interact with for most if not all interactions/transactions with this dealership after buying a vehicle. Therefore, while everyone else was nice, the service department, specifically Solomon, has been anything but nice and I will likely have to deal with him on all future transactions with Delaney. It really is a shame they have someone like him working there with that attitude toward paying customers.
By the way, I didn’t use my real name for this review because I may have to deal with Solomon and this dealership again being that I have a warranty through Delaney. Therefore, I would not want Solomon to try and treat me even worse next time I have to use Delaney’s service department if he remembers I’m the one that wrote the review on Google.

Solomon in service department is confrontational, inconsiderate, and rude. Wouldn’t recommend or take my car here to get worked on.

Solomon at the service center was the most ignorant person I have ever delt with. He was rude lied on a service report and tried to escalate his confrontational attitude to fight an old man. Solomon is the reason I will never go here. Delaney needs to know he flat out said he doesn't care that he lied and won't change it. Is this Delaneys idea of taking care of customers?

My wife and I recently leased a vehicle from Delaney Hyundai in Indiana, Pennsylvania. The service provided by Ross DiBuono, the general manager, and the finance team was five stars. They were courteous, informative, and supportive. This experience far exceeds our previous car shopping experience. We love our Tucson Hybrid. If you are in the market for a vehicle we highly recommend Delaney Hyundai.

I drove over 1 hour to buy my santa fe from them, because they were heads above all other dealers I tried to shop with in central pa. Ron and Michael couldn't have helped me even more thru process. I will refer to Delaney anytime I need to buy a vehicle from here on. Excellent

I can't even put into words how happy I am that I went to Delaney Hyundai to purchase my palisade. The team there are amazing they are quick, efficient, friendly and really listen to your needs/wants. Everyone takes the time to make sure to help you in any way that they can, setting up my blue link, showing me all the new features, explaining services etc... The customer service is fanominal I will never go anywhere else I was so impressed I had my daughter purchace her vehicle there as well and already told my other 2 daughters they are going to Delaneys. Thank you all for an amazing experience.

Good selection of vehicles. Decent pricing. Knowledgeable staff. Ross is a down to earth salesman. Was not pushy or forceful in trying to make the sale. Gave us his cell number to contact him any time with questions, issues or problems we may encounter.
