I went in needing a vehicle as mine was totaled. Mr. Quick was amazing even with the fact that the car I wanted wasn’t there he found something better then what I realized and made sure I had what I needed in it as well. He also did a great job following up with me. I will definitely be coming back here for my next car and recommend others to come here as well!

I went to look at a pre-owned and ended up buying new. Zero pressure from Will in sales. I found a vehicle I really liked and they worked with me to get it done. 4th car I've bought from them and will continue to be a customer .

I bought my last vehicle at Delaneys of indiana pa, salesmanship is excellent, price is hard to beat, believe it or not even with that , it is still the worst place I EVER DELT WITH EVER=/ ESPECIALLY AFTER BUYING TWO BRAN NEW VEHICLES FROM THEM / I HAD ABOUT 18000 MILES ON A NEW VEHICLE A PART WENT BAD ,IT WAS UNDER FACTORY WARRENTY, I SHOWED THEM THE CONTRACT,& PROVED TO THEM ,THAT PART IS UNDER WARRENTY/ THEY SAID IN DIFFERENT WORDS , WE DONT GIVE A DAM ,YOU PAY YOURSELF, I CALLED MAIN HQ OUT A STATE ,THEY TOLD ME ,I DON'T HAVE TO GET SERVICE THERE, I CAN GO TO ANY GM DEELER, I DIDN'T KNOW THAT , I WENT TO ANOTHER GM DEELER, THEY LOOKED ON COMPUTER & IMMEDIATELY TOOK IT IN , REPLACED PARTS AT 0 COST TO ME /ANOTHER TIME I HAD A ACCIDENT WITH THE LAST VEHICLE I BOUGHT AT DELANYS OF INDIANA & MY INSURANCE INSTRUCED ME ,TAKE IT DELANYS BODY SHOP ,/ DID S FAIRLEY GOOD JOB BUT ,TOOK WINDSHILD MECHANISM APART & JUST LEFT IT LIKE THAT, ALSO REAR TAILGATE, THEY DIDN'T FIX ,I WENT TO SAME GM DELERSHIP AGAIN & AGAIN THEY PUT NEW PARTS & FIXED EVERYTHING PERFECTLY & DIDN'T COST ME A CENT / THESE ARE JUST A FEW A THINGS THAT DELANYS RIPPED ME OFF ON ,THE DELERSHIP THAT MADE REPAIRS SENT A LETTER TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY & MY INSURANCE COMPANY REINBURSED THIS GOOD DELERSHIP ,THEY ADVISED ME STAY AWAY FROM THEIR BODY SHOP / WE DECIDED TO STAY AWAY ALTOGETHER ,JUST FEW MONTHS AGO WE BOUGHT A BRAN NEW VEHICLE FROM THE GOOD DELERSHIP THAT TREATED US WITH RESPECT, VERY GOOD DEAL ,I HAVE ENOUGH PROF IN WRITING & OTHER THINGS , I CAN & SHOULD SUE DELANYS OF INDIANA WITH MY PROF , IDK WHAT THE LIMITATIONS ARE ,BUT IAM GOING TO SEE A ATTY FROM OUT A STATE THAT TRAVELS ALOVER & DEALS STRICKLY IN THIS TYPE OF THING ,SIGHNED ,I MAY SUE YOUR COMPANY

The team at the Indiana Delaney location were extremely helpful in addressing the damage to our new vehicle that occured during a previous visit to their service department. From David Popp in the sales department to service managers Brian and Shannon and service advisor, Jacob, this team's collaboration to address our concerns is why we will continue to be Delaney customers.

Delaney Service Department has to be the worst I have dealt with of any GM Service Department.
I set up an appointment for them to do a tailgate switch Recall (which they said they could do upon scheduling appointment) after we dropped it off they call & say they need to disconnect the tailgate switch so it doesn't work & that they don't have a fix or parts available yet. (What good is a truck without a tailgate that opens?)
So I call the dealership I normally frequent & they tell me what I was told was false, & they can have the replacement tailgate switch in 1 day to fix the recall. (So no Brainer I scheduled an appointment with them) Delaney also refused to do a Pa State inspection due to tires sticking out past fenders which is very mild on my truck & has been inspected yearly with no issues since new. So l would assume since I didn't purchase the truck from them that they really don't want to service it!
I only used Delaney this time to see how I would be treated as I'm looking for a new hometown dealer.
But I will continue to drive a little further for much better issue free Service at another GM dealer.

Everyone at Delaney Chevrolet in Indiana, PA was great! My new truck was waiting for me in the showroom with all options installed and everything was perfect. It was a great experience, and I would recommend Delaney Chevrolet to anyone!

Without David Popp I would have never found the right vehicle that fit my needs and budget. He truly helped me every step of the way and made the process easy. I went in to "look" and left with a gorgeous new vehicle to last me many years. I would highly recommend him and the Delaney dealership.

I am happy that my problem is "fixed", I wish GM could gotten them the parts quicker than 3 months of waiting.
