Terrible service. We hit a pothole and one of our calipers was damaged. We paid $1000.00 to have all 4 brakes and rotors replaced but somehow, the caliper was overlooked. We paid for detailing but the outside was washed (and it was raining when we picked up the car). There is something wrong with our windshield wipers. We will never ever ever deal with these people again. They used to be great but not anymore. If you would like to overpay, and not receive the services for which you paid, Delauney's is for you. If not, go elsewhere.

I needed a fuel line ventilation solenoid for a 2017 Silverado, a part that cost less than $40 and takes five minutes to change and they wanted to charge me OVER $400 to do.Be careful, they will rip you off if given the chance to.

Bought my first Subaru here! Everyone there is amazing, kind and very helpful. They truly go out of their way to help others. Two, I feel deserve special recognition are JD and Andy. They are both great down to earth honest people. They are very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and patient.

just bought my 5th subaru from my favorite salesman JD Brown . forester was 3 weeks old and i got a flat tire on a saturday . gave JD a quick call and he set me up . got it taken care of fast. can't ask for more than that. needless to say my wifes next subie will be from JD. thanks again for everyone there that helped me out .

My Hyundai was under warranty and Delany's refused to work on it. Pawned me off on another dealer who couldn't believe Delaney's handled it this way. Stay away!!!!!

I was looking for a truck for a few months and couldn’t find something without the dealership asking for extra $5,000 for “market adjustment”. On Wednesday April 30th I found a truck in Delaney Chevrolet in Pennsylvania, called them and talked to Mark (Sales Manager) they were closing but he promised me someone would reach out the next day. The next day I was reached by Scott (Salesman) and by Friday I was flying from Colorado to Pittsburgh where Tom (Delaney driver) was waiting for me. The whole transaction was painless, they waited for me to complete the transaction even when I showed up very late and they checked on me to make sure that I made it safe to my house. Amazing service and will definitely buy again from them even if I have to take another drive. 10/10 I would recommend them.

To setup appointment for service.a week away. Sherry wS very professional n experienced. Te only problem I have is: this is hurting a look over appointment not fix the problem with my vehicle. So next Wednesday they are looking then another appointment for service of vehicle. They have 3 different dealerships that one could be able to do it faster.
