Today, I arrived at my local CVS Pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions via the drive-thru. The pharmacy closes at 1:30 PM. I was in line at 1:25 PM. The vehicle ahead of me took some time, and they pulled away right as the clock turned 1:30. As I pulled up, the staff was already lowering the metal screen and made eye contact with me. Instead of assisting me, they continued to close the screen. I had to honk to get any acknowledgment. My car clock still showed 1:30. The lady at the window told me through the speaker, "I'm sorry, you'll have to come back. We close at 1:30." I explained that I had been in line before 1:30 and that she saw me pulling up, but she insisted she couldn't help me, despite the fact I was already there. There were even other cars behind me that had joined the line before 1:30. Heaven forbid you help the customers who are already in line before eating your sandwich! This experience was incredibly frustrating and showed a lack of consideration for customers who arrive on time. I hope CVS addresses this issue to prevent similar situations in the future.

The lady running the minute clinic was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional. Every time I have gone there I felt like I was asking a lot of them. I was there to just pick up my meds. Nothing special about it. I don't recommend this place at all

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the area. The would screw up a one truck convoy. Employees act like your bothering them if you ask questions. Degrading to thier customers. I recommend ANYWHERE else but here. And if your a state employee, you DO NOT HAVE to go here.

CVS has zero regard for those with disabilities. Refusing accommodations required under the American with Disabilities act. Refusing to resolve the issue because of the disabled persons request for accomidations. Will not take the matter seriously and will not take a complaint due to the persons disabilities. The actions of CVS and its staff are and have caused significant suffering of those with disabilities. They refuse to midigate the harm they are causing instead mocking those with disabilities requesting accommodations required under the law. Their actions are unconscionable. No morals no ethics no compassion. Nasty hateful people towards those with disabilities.

Love this store, and the polite people who work there. They are always willing to help you.
