Got my pixel here. Wanted a phone with a stylus but Irena said that they were all over the budget I quoted her. When it got home it realized she had made a mistake and this model has a stylus. So glad she was wrong about one thing! ? Otherwise she was absolutely fantastic as a sales person. She helped me get on the right cricket plan and the govt plan so that I don't have to pay for my cell service every month. The other employees don't seem as knowledgeable as her. I keep hoping she will be there every time I have a need to stop in but I haven't seen her lately. She was certainly their best employee. Otherwise I am quite satisfied with cricket.

Bought a phone from cricket for it to be defective, they wanted to replace it with a refurbished phone which is absolutely ridiculous since the phone was less than 2 weeks old! I wasn't accepting a refurbished phone when I paid $300 for a brand new one that doesn't work properly! Good job cricket you lost 2 customers

The only reason why I got this startling is because of the employee that work here who kept himself very calm respectful and profession. but I cannot say the same for the man who owns or manages this shop. this man cursed me out in front of my daughter one loudspeaker as I repeatedly told him that it was not necessary to talk to me in that manner. And I am informed him they're talking to me in that manner would have me to only call the better Business bureau on him about this behavior. But he consistently he was profoundly threatening me to get out of his store so I called the cops and I'm here right now waiting to follow the report on his business owner.I only came here to return my phone within the seven days that's required. I returned with the box as I was instructed by him. and now he's telling me that I can take my MF in money and get out his effing shop all because I don't accept the fact that I came back within the seven days to return my phone for for the same phone and now he's telling me he don't have the phone in his shop. And he cannot give me his word that he will have the phone within the seven days that he should have it in stock.

Plan price is the best around. There are some places around here without service but that is the same with all carriers. For those of us who are technology challenged it is great to have a place to go where they can fix any problems.
