THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. On the website, the pricing is very clearly advertised as $36 per DAY. My dog was there for three days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, to which I received a correct invoice for on Sunday night. I documented the invoice by taking a photo as I always do, so before I went and picked him up at 7:30 AM Monday morning (right when they open), I was shocked to see my bill had gone up almost $40. I explained to the staff my concern that I was clearly overcharged, and the woman at the front desk said "the way the owner has always done it" is by 12 AM that day you are charged for another day. The owner is clearly greedy, as I when I spoke with that same woman at the front desk, she overtly agreed with me that the price was incorrect and unethical and even went as far to say that she has tried to explain the (common) complaint to the owner to no avail. If your own staff is agreeing that the way you are operating your business is deceitful and wrong, then it is! I will never be patronizing this business again, and apparently I am not alone based off what I was told.

Love this place!!! My dogs get excited and start whining the second we turn onto their drive. Facility is clean and neat, staff is helpful and friendly, and they clearly love their pups there. Highly recommend

They did a great job with grooming my baby girl. This is the second time they have had her and she comes back extremely happy and zestful. I am so grateful

Very impressed with this place. Nice facilities, clean and tidy. I was told they were short staffed but there seemed to be plenty of staffers around. Going to be hard leaving my buddy, but I feel he'll be in good hands.

Simply the best facility around....clean, pleasant, and quiety located away from loud noises which are troublesome to my dog ie fireworks, sirens, traffic noise. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating.

We take one of our dogs there for grooming about 4-5 times a year. Also use them for boarding on vacations. The dogs always seem to enjoy being there!

I bring my pup here for camp once a week. It's a great way to get her energy out, combat the separation anxiety destructiveness of her being home alone, and get her some socialization with other people and dogs. She loves it and comes home ready for cuddling on the couch.

We LOVE this place! We know our Australian shepherd Winston is in good hands! He gets so excited when we turn onto the road leading there and cries when it’s time to leave! We knew we needed to find a daycare for our pup when we moved into an apartment that didn’t have a fenced yard for him to burn his energy so we take him twice a week to play and we’ve never been disappointed. The price is fair as well! We won’t take him anywhere else.
