Excellent dealership. Both purchasing a vehicle and their service departments provide excellent service. Friendly, helpful staff go out of their way to provide you with a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

From the day my vehicle was purchased, I have had nothing but an unpleasant experience with Colonial. When I was sold the car I was not walked through on how anything worked, they forgot to collect my payoff on my trade-in, and scheduling service is a nightmare. I will be getting all service and do all future purchasing through #1 Cochran.

Service after the sale is a negative here. Service is fine for basic maintenance. Service for Major Mechanical Repair particularly Transmission and driveline has not been Satisfactory. I will not purchase here EVER again. The Vehicle is Under Extended Warranty. The problem persist, but We keep receiving the report that the Vehicle is operating normally. It does not function as it previously did before Service. The fuel Economy has dropped. The Transmission no longer shifts into the highest ratio. The engine rpm is considerably and consistently higher than it was before Service at highway speeds. I believe speed along with Transmission gear and the final drive ratio through simple mathematics tells us what the engine RPM should be in 6th gear with converter lockup engaged and the system functioning normally. So to say it is functioning normally does not compute.

Unfortunately i have to write a not so good review. i really did like going there. i use to drive an hour to just get my oil done there but now i must find a different dealer that i can trust that for one sticks to what they say and wont sale me a bad used car and wont stand behind the car in the first place. lets start with my son went here to buy his 1st car he saved his money up for and it is not like it was just a small tiny bit it was a reasonable amount 8k. well we went there they showed us a cruze they had online but it was also getting work done to it (hind site should of walked then) they had the motor torn apart fixing the at that time they said was something to do with water or timing but they said we are fixing everything and it will be running great before you buy it. so we wait till it was done that we can wait and they seemed trust worthy. when we came back the car seemed to be ok and we said ok we will buy it and yes we did buy it as is(another mistake) but the moment we drove it home and the next morning he drove it to work it overheated. now at first they stepped up to the plate and started to handle things properly that's why i didn't push them to just take the car back that i should of just asked for my money back like my lawyer even said i should of done at first but i am too trusting of a person and want to give people chance to make things right. so the had it for about 3 to 4 weeks even gave us a loaner car. like i said they started off good. found the previous owners put stop leak into it and caused the heads to get clogged that they had to send out to get rebuilt, the head gasket blew out in it, and the radiator got clogged so they had to replace it in order to stop the over heating problem and the antifreeze from leaking into the pistons like they said was happening. right after that was done i went picked up car on the drive home i heard a noise pulled over found they never attached the front cover right under neigh so it fell and got dragged which i ended up having to zip tie up due to it ground off all the screw parts from getting dragged but that's not the worst was when i pulled in and popped the hood was a puddle of oil from a crankshaft bearing gasket they had to replace that leaked and they had to fix the oiler line leading to the turbo that was leaking also when i took it right back up after seeing that and again they had it for a another week or so. and again they did step up and handle it. but this is where it starts to go south. after i get my car this time I'm driving back home i notice it has a lagging issue at certain rpms and i call and talk to tom the manager while I'm driving home he says bring it back so i do the next day they keep it for couple days say they cant find any problems. well then i drive the car home and park it in my drive way and around thanksgiving my wife gets a concussion and is still under medical care for it today so since then the car has been driven 7 times and bam a code pops up for the turbo that i told tom i had a lag issue from the begin and this car has had problems from the start. well at first they wanted to charge me 1400 now they want 540 dollars for something that pretty much they put more miles on this car since (counting taking to them) i bought it then we have and all the problems it has had would cause a turbo to fail especially oiler line and all that antifreeze blowing threw and the overheating but now they wont finish fixing the car and want me to pay for a car we barley drove when I bought a yes as is but the as is was for a properly running car that i have NEVER received yet and they still have yet to give me. I did NOT buy a parts or a project car! So now i have to waste my time and jump threw hoops and push to get my money back threw other means or just fix it myself with a 300 dollar part oh well off to find me a new dealership i can trust about time for my oil to be done I'm my truck.
