“Had a great first time experience at Lias this week, who I had been unfamiliar with beforehand. I ended up with a leaking tire, almost flat tire over the weekend and needed to get it repaired asap on a Monday morning and I wasn’t that hopeful that someone could do it. I was shocked that they were able to get me in just as a walk in and I was in and out in 25-30 minutes with a patched tire. Unbelievable service experience and we are newer to the area so I told them I will be using them from now on for our future Tire needs. I was so grateful for the help on such short notice. The store employee installed it for me, even though it required some engine compartment/air intake disassembly and removal. He managed to finish install in about 1 hour in a rainstorm and without one complaint or break.Highly recommended.”

“We had the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer and damaging the grill and radiator of our van. The estimated timeframe to get it fixed was a few weeks with so many cars coming in for hail damage recently. They finished it up early and even sent someone to pick me up so I could come get the van. The repair looked great but as I was looking it over I found a hairline crack in the bumper that was not there before the accident. I stopped back over and the manager took a look and said it needed handled as well. I'm not sure why it was missed but people make mistakes and I appreciated very much that they handled it the next week and had the entire bumper fixed within two days. I'm a firm believer in being professional and asking for a mistake to be reviewed and they were courteous and professional in return. Very thankful they made it right and the repair overall is fantastic!”
