Our driver, Jason and his crew on both sides of the move were courteous and professional. Our boxes were packed well and the process was smooth and faster than estimated. I can’t say enough good things about our teams on both sides of the move!!!

I was moving from central Maryland to Indiana PA. Rather than hire some huge, impersonal company in Maryland, I chose to hire a local moving company from Indiana where I know the people are friendly, and caring. First, they had someone from my local area in MD come and walk through my home. Then I got an estimate, which was reasonable considering that it included all packing. I set a move date with Luke from the Indiana office. Due to various unexpected problems on my end, I had to change my move date not one, not two, but three times! (My dog died as well during this time, which caused the third delay) Through all of that, Luke was extremely understanding and super easy to work with, always answering all of my questions and being more than willing to be flexible with my move date. My move finally happened a couple weeks ago! My movers - Henry, Rick, and Jordan - traveled to Maryland from PA the night before packing day. They packed 99% of my stuff, in one day, and even began loading the truck that same day - and I had a lot of stuff! They were quick, efficient, and careful. The same was true the next day for loading the rest of my belongings; they were done by lunchtime and on their way back to PA that afternoon. I left the following day. They showed just as much professionalism when unloading my cargo at my house in Indiana, PA. No payment of any kind was made until they were ready to unload my belongings in Indiana. (No deposit necessary). They began by taking 1 hour to move a lot of furniture already in the house into my garage, to make room for my new furniture. Worked perfectly! They were finished by mid-afternoon and did a great job. To top it off, the actual cost of the move was well less than the estimate - a nice bonus. I was more than happy with the entire process and with everyone whom I dealt with at McNaughton. I won't be moving again, but if that were to happen, I would hire McNaughton again without thinking twice about it. They are so good, they even determined that they could use a smaller (i.e., 34 foot or so) truck for my things, which was good because the street on which I lived in MD did not easily accommodate an 18-wheeler. Everything worked out very very well! My thanks to my movers and the entire McNaughton crew in Indiana and Johnstown.

This was my second move with McNaughton Brothers and I am happy to report another stellar performance. It was about ninety degrees, humid and full sun. I didn't hear one complaint. These guys really have an amazing attitude and attention to detail. They take the stress out of moving and actually made the day enjoyable. I still can't figure out how they emptied the entire house and loaded it into the next all in a matter of hours without damaging a single thing. Total professionals. Hire McNaughton Brothers, you will be happy you did.
