Painfully incompetent and can never get a straightforward answer. Literally use any other pharmacy you can.

The best Rite Aid was closed leaving the one I just came from open. I was told it was going to be 3 1/2 hours to get a prescription filled for my dog. I came right there with my dog in the car. I said I can’t come back so I sat in the car with my dog. I got a text saying welcome but not when it was done. I went back in at 2:30 asking if it was completed yet oh yes, let me get it for you then they couldn’t find it. They had it misfiled. I was worried I was gonna have to wait another three hours to get the prescription. Had the other Rite Aid still been open? I would’ve had it filled within 15 minutes. You sure didn’t pick the right ones to close.

I was unable to reach to anyone at the pharmacy even after several calls. And I see in the reviews that this is a well known issue from at least the past couple of years.
So it is pretty clear that the store is “choosing” to not address this issue.

I used this pharmacy for a couple years, while living in Imperial. It got to the point that they would recognize my boyfriend and I when we came in; one particularly nice pharmacist would inquire when one of us was there without the other. They were generally incredibly friendly.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! No one ever answers the phone. When my doctor can’t get through and leaves a message on their machine, the prescription isn’t ready for 2 to 3 days. There’s always a line at the counter and at the drive-through. If you send your prescription here it will take you at least a few days to get it. Horrible customer service. Everyone is apathetic.

This a great store! This is a very busy store, but everyone there works very hard, and are very friendly! Lot's od good deals, on many items! More than just a Pharmacy! Lot's of Grocery items too!

Pharmacy - always a process when picking up prescriptions. It's a popular pharmacy but like every other industry out there they seem to have staffing issues resulting in the same associate working the instore line as well as the drive thru line thereby not being efficient.

They're like the only pharmacy left without a drive through. The pharmacy is tiny and this place is far more invested in its convenience store credibility.

Staff is cool and you never have to wait too long in line, but I promise you’re not gonna get a hold of anyone if you call the store. Seems other people are having the same problem as well.

as many others have stated this location obviously can't answer the phone. its extremely frustrating and been going on for years. i have used this location off and on for 10 years plus and always have issues with them answering phones. they purposefully hang up on you if you cycle through a second time. i live a distance away but this is the closest location and i can rarely get through calling to find out before wasting a trip. no excuse either for they have more than 1 person behind counter and other pharmacies have only 1 person yet have zero issues with answering. they need to get their stuff together.
