Ben and Matt do a great job at Kovach’s Automotive Services. My daughter is leaving tomorrow for a month of training out of town. She came home last night from work and her car was making a horrible metallic noise. My wife called Ben and they were totally booked. Ben said drop the car off and he figured out a way to squeeze the car in and fix the stuck caliper. Ben fixed the car and the family, now no one or nothing is stuck. We really appreciate having a trustworthy and quality car repair shop close to home. Thanks again, Ben

Ben is a fantastic mechanic and helped troubleshoot and repair a VSA (ABS) module on a 2014 Honda Accord for me. He performed initial troubleshooting, installed a refurbished module and charged me about 20% of what the dealership quoted. It's really hard to find an honest, reputable mechanic these days, but Ben is that guy. Kovach's provides competitive labor rates, excellent troubleshooting and knowledge and an excellent alternative to the overpriced dealerships. Cannot recommend the shop highly enough!

When I moved to Imperial 11 years ago, many neighbors suggested I start taking my vehicles to Kovach’s. One of the best pieces of advice I was ever given. Having honest, reliable, talented and trustworthy mechanics is invaluable. As an owner of 5 older vehicles (3 are my kids’) and a customer of 11 years, I highly recommend Kovach’s.

We started using Kovachs about a year ago and have had nothing but positive experiences. I saved a ton of money using them over a dealer for a significant repair. It’s great having a trustworthy local auto shop that’s been in the community for decades.

I had a last minute issue with my battery before taking my car to be inspected. Even though it wasn’t planned, they installed the new battery for me and were extremely accommodating (even though my battery is a huge pain to install). Pricing was extremely reasonable and I would definitely use Kovach’s again.

My family had been going here for years, so when I moved to the area they were my first choice. My first few experiences were really good. One that stands out was when they came in under the quoted amount -- I brought the car in for suspicious sounds coming from under the hood. The ran some diagnostics, gave me a quote, but once they got down to it they found it was something else less expensive. They showed me what it was, fixed it, and charged less than expected. I was really impressed with the integrity and transparency in this shop. They've earned a customer for life!

First review of them but Kovach’s is the best.Every time I go there they do right by me.Just got my inspection done there today. They found a small issue. Great communication, perfect customer service, and above anything else HONESTY.They won my business for life a few years ago. I went there because my car wasn’t (for lack of a better word) behaving the way I was used to.With that overly technical description of the issue (lol) they took it in, looked at it and determined there was nothing wrong.When speaking with the mechanic he said “nothings wrong and there is nothing I can suggest you getting repaired.”Walked out at no cost.Again the honesty. Everyone reading this will say well that’s what they should do…. And you are right….. but that’s not what everyone does.If you haven’t already give them a try.

Extremely accommodating. I left my car here for a few days while out of the country to get inspected. The price was great, everyone was nice, and they worked with my schedule. Will definitely return in the future.

Went here for state and emissions inspections last December, very nice, easy to schedule and quick to get vehicle back. Didn't try to sell me on anything. Ran over a nail Thurs evening and called them Friday at noon, saying I needed my car for work, they quickly got me in for a tire repair. Saved me a lot of headaches. Very professional and easy going.

Wouldn’t bother going here if you cal you’ll be meet with a rude, mumbling guy who clearly doesn’t want to be at work. Hope he wasn’t the owner cause I’ll never spend a dime there.

I called in need of an overdue vehicle inspection for my 2019 BMW X4 - and my experience began with Debbie who cheerfully answered the phone, was happy to consult with the garage guys and offered me an appointment same day. I sped on down and was greeted with Debbie's smile and a hello from...I think it was Chuck...who peeked his head in from the garage to grab my keys and to get right to work. I was offered a ride back to my home, received a subsequent call only an hour later that everything passed and that Debbie would come to pick me up again. Zippadee doo dah! I hear good things about this place and their honest business practices and they will have my future business.

I've been taking my cars to them for quite a few years now. I am so pleased with the quality of work they do. If you're looking for an honest, quality place to get your car inspected or repaired this is the place! I would never take my cars anywhere else.
