Family owned business as I understand it, very experienced and knowledgeable of their job! Very direct, polite and deliver to their commitment in time. I had a whole bunch of scratches on my car repaired and delivered as brand new. Very happy with their service!

I was waiting for my insurance roadside assistance for 3+ hours! But then I called Imperial Heights and was rescued within a half hour. Absolutely saved the day! The guy was really helpful and friendly! We will keep this business in mind for possible future needs.

Very professional, fast, and dependable service for towing (which is what I used them for). Called them as I needed a tow of course in an emergency.. broke down on the side of the road. Looked them up and called them. They were there in no time (less than 1/2 hour wait time). *Please note, they did tell me that they do not share ride people in their tow truck (they ask for you to have someone meet you at the location and ride you home/to the garage where you are having your car towed to). VERY reasonable price... I had expected at least a $200 charge for super fast flatbed service and it was under $130 with tax. Great family run business.

Fast service, cheaper prices then i would have thought. locked my keys in my car about 10 minutes away from here like an idiot, they were fast, very friendly, got me in my car, and on my way fast.
