“I want to commend the staff at the BIG LOTS store in Bridgeville, PA. I accidentally locked my car keys, phone, and purse in my car on Sunday, May 12th. They were very kind and did everything possible to get someone to come and unlock my car. Unfortunately, we had to call a locksmith but BRAVO to all the staff.
They are the BEST!”

“Me and my mom visited this place today to buy household items for my new apt I’m moving in and one of the employees (Selda) offered help to us and made sure we got everything we needed. Right from the start, she graciously offered her assistance and went above and beyond to ensure we found everything we needed. Selda's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, and her guidance throughout our visit was invaluable. Without a doubt, she is the epitome of a wonderful store employee. I can't express how grateful we are for her assistance, and I genuinely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. A heartfelt thank you to her for making our day so much brighter! :))”
“I have to say they have an associate there named Mansil and he goes above and beyond, and is the most pleasant worker there EVER ! He needs to replace the manager !! He will stop what ever he is doing to help a customer out ! I hope someone High up reads this and rewards him for his EXCELLENT Customer Service skills and his ability to make customers feel special. “The Big Lots stores in Pittsburgh (Moon twp.) and in Fairmont , WV are both wonderful. Finding deals and fun items with wonderful and helpful employees. HOWEVER...PLEASE NOTE: THE ONE IN Bridgeport, WV....local to me....is horrible. Items not stocked well and absolutely rude employees! As a disabled woman I went up to the counter when there was no one in line and they forced me to walk around the entire display area before I was allowed to check out! The rudeness continued during the checkout purchase. I may be disabled...but I am an RNC PhD x2 and own a jewelry and specialty gift shop for over 22 years.! I would never treat anyone....even a homeless person the way I was treated here! Considering filing a state complaint! Sad , because the other 2 stores are wonderful and a pleasure to shop in!”
“This Dollar Tree store now sells products that cost more than one dollar. Some products cost a few to several dollars, and gift cards can be bought for a value of up to hundreds of dollars. Thankfully, most products still are inexpensive.I browsed this store’s holiday decorations, hygiene products, cleaning products, pet supplies, office supplies, snack foods, etcetera. I saw brand names and generic names. I noticed that unopened boxes cluttered the aisles.I picked several products to buy. The cashier promptly and accurately scanned my products and processed my payment. I appreciated that he said hello, thank you, and good day.”
“It’s a nice store because every once in a while when i do come in the employees are very extremely friendly plus i have a friend coworker of mine that works there and she enjoys her job plus the managers offer to help out so in case if i can not find what i am looking for”
“I just wanted to comment on the cashier’s attitude tonight. I unfortunately forgot to catch his name on his name tag, but there were a couple of folks in line in front of me. He seemed to be new due to the manager having to help him with a gift card purchase. He had such a driven and positive attitude. “The place was very clean and well-organized.. The customer service was very nice and helpful. The cashier (I think her name was Parsley or something like that) was very helpful in showing me how to use the self-checkout. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to price out the wireless earbuds in the five beyond section as they had no price listed, but I understand that it was opening day for them so they may not have gotten to everything yet. This is the place you can go to when you feel like shopping just for fun. A great place to take kids shopping as most items are five dollars or less. Overall a great experience and I would recommend taking a ride up and seeing what you can get for five dollars or less.”
“I love this place! We weren't in line too long before another register opened. We noticed they are working harder to keep the store stocked and the aisles clear, which is a big thing for me, especially if the store is already crowded!”

“the store was clean looking inside and out, there was 1 Cashier on duty. Idk if the cashier was a Manager too or if the manager was doing stock but, either way that's how small doller stores operate cause I work at one.”
