I tried other companies before I contacted them and was told it was a 5 month lead time if they would even do it at all … they got me in and fixed my car within a week. “Went with the Stereo Shop today to have a new head unit for carplay. I initially chose them based on all their excellent reviews. So glad I did, super happy with the new stereo, service they provided, and overall sale/process. They were way cheaper than all the aftermarket shops in my area, buying the same radio, and the work was perfect. Will not go anywhere else for any additional services.”

“Had to take my vehicle to Caliber Collision (Moon Twp location)for the initial estimate after a minor accident. My insurance company said I can look around if I want after i see Caliber first. I did not need to look any further! They were able to get my vehicle in for repairs about a month later. They finished my vehicle in a week! Greg kept me updated every step of the way. “The Auto House was great with me. Top notch service and staff. Karen took the time and put forth effort to make the customer was happy. Long story short- I took my new blower (used one time) to another authorized dealer for repair. The first dealer was very disorganized and didn’t ultimately fix the problem. After that I gave up and by luck found the Auto House via calling around. Karen looked up the service history and talked to the Arians corporate rep before I brought the machine in. They fixed it no issues. When went to pick it up they went over the entire machine with me. But what’s ironic is I think the Auto House primarily focuses bigger equipment- see their show room. Thank you to everyone at the auto house for helping me. This equipment is not cheap and it’s reassuring to have someone close who is capable of servicing a dealer sold machine.”

“12/29/23Went in to grab some windshield wipers for my Daughter's vehicle and the attendant not only helped me to get the correct set, he installed them for me. I was getting ready to go so I decided to check them and the b drivers side didn't work correctly, he came outside and checked them, refunded the drivers side, put on the second set then made sure that the replacement was working properly before I left the store. The customer service was Great!!!”
“6.16.23 revised: my check engine light came on, yet again. I've had the same code and we thought we fixed it. I happened to pass this location and pulled in see if they could tell me the code and get it looked at again. The employee working, Greg, was NICE AS CAN BE. Plus, he answered my misc car questions + gave me good advice, too. Very knowledgeable and car educational at the same time.Love this store (@Crafton) COMPARED to the Bridgeville location. Honestly, I am 100% a girly girl and well, NOT a gearhead & I don't know what fluid goes where.
