“To say that this buying experience was literally a joy is an understatement. I was very skeptical in dealing with a car dealer in my local area. I’ve just not had great experiences. I knew when Kristi Scott responded to my inquiry on a Sunday evening that things were going to be different. I had researched what I wanted, knew what I would pay, and knew what my trade-in was worth. I was counting on just test driving a car, going home to give it some thought, and going back and maybe buying it later. Of course, after I test drove it, I wanted it. Kristi answered all of my questions. She was professional and had me laughing and smiling most of my visit. Weimer gave me a trade-in that even the “out of towners” couldn’t match. I figured we would talk numbers and I would come back the next day to buy a car. No. Kristi gathered all of the information and set me up with Helen (who is just as funny btw) and these girls were going to send me home with my new car the same evening. The entire process took about an hour and fifteen minutes (only because I had to unlock my credit bureaus so they could run my credit). Otherwise, it would have only taken an hour. So basically, I got some good financial information, a great trade-in, a great deal, and a great vehicle! What’s not to love about that? Kristi, Helen, and Weimer Chevrolet…you all rock!”
